Relaxing resort . Beautiful pool on the cliff ... istragram view. The main host is super kind and welcoming . She is a very nice person and present to solve any problem ... rooms are nice . You have your quiet to sleep or to relax at the pool and a the same time in 2 minutes by scooter in the middle of everything happening on the island.

The hotel needs renovating, especially the shower is a little bit of a disappointment.

It's a nice hotel with a great view. The staff is simply wonderful! The cleaning staff to receptionists, everyone is ever so helpful and friendly AND they are fun, too. We had a great time. Thank you

Breakfast is not very good. No beach down the cliff. A bit of a walk to White sand beach but the hotel can drop you there.

Quiet place Lovely staff If you have a direct sea view (not partially obstructed sea view), you'd be in for a treat as it is magnificent. Everything you need near the hotel

The beds were not the comfiest.

Room was spacious, staff was very friendly. Shower and bathroom was great as well. Close enough to the busier parts but liked that it was a bit secluded from the hustle and bustle.

The restaurant is not on the premises, which I think it used to be!? it's not a big deal, you just have to walk a little to the main road for breakfast and there are plenty of other choices if you have a scooter or some means of transportation (advisable) as this is a little far from the beach. Re: beach access - I thought the resort could do with some love and attention down below by the ocean, there is huge untapped opportunity. This place would be really special if they had a floating doc/ or wooden platform/ stairs going over the rocks to give access into the water. The cliff has stairs towards the ocean, but it seems due to storms, it was damaged and not revisited. I think revamping this area would complete the resort, floating bar/cliff water access would be an incredible addition to this property.

We loved our villa/room, it was a clean, modern, beautiful view of the ocean. The reception staff have all been super helpful, and kind. They made sure our stay with them was pleasant, and they were extremely accommodating with our last-minute booking and villa change :D. Thank you.

Nothing I didn’t like.

Loved it here. Only stayed 2 nights but if I come back to Koh chang will stay here again. Clean, quiet, friendly staff, great location, furnished nicely, comfy bed and love the garden setting with a patio.

It’s a little old but still clean like most everything in Thailand. The tea/coffee station had only a coffee/sugar/cream packet mixture which limits how you take your coffee (I always travel with my own coffee and French press). A new toilet seat would be nice.

Located at southern end of White Sands beach with great ocean views for rooms on that side. I had a room on the street side but other than distant traffic and a noisy bar at night 100 meters away not bad (I always travel with a white noise machine to drown out unwanted sounds). The patio is nice with a garden setting. Nicely furnished with a big window to look out at the trees. Bed was comfy and big.

More than 10 minutes walk to the beach. Quite poor breakfast.

Definitely recommend booking room with the ocean view - incredible sunset experience. Staff was very helpful, did everything in their power to make our stay perfect.

There were a couple of ants in the bed, but nothing major. Make sure you bring insect repellent as there are plenty of mosquitoes at night! If you are a light sleeper make sure to bring ear plugs for the frogs - in saying that we enjoyed it for the ambient noise ;)

Amazing staff, super friendly! Got breakfast too which we weren’t expecting! Room had all that was needed and view of the garden was lovely. The host was super nice and provided aid where needed and helped organise taxi to next location. Great value for money!

If you book partial seaview it is like no sea view at all.. we should have booked different room.

Location is ok. If you book partial seaview it is like no sea view at all.. Staff is very helpful! If you need to wash laundry, there are places nearby. Also scooter rent. You can walk to the beach about 10minutes.

Fantastic place. We had a room with a sea view. Friendly and helpful staff. So we fell in love with that amazing place. There is an Italian restaurant across the road (Ciao koh chang).

Bathroom infested with large ants. WIFI intermittent. Breakfast no choice just gave me ABF. Eggs chicken sausage ham and toast. No Thai breakfast on offer.

Breakfast is a la carte menu, not buffet during this pandemic which is understandable, but you can choose only one menu from the list regardless how much that menu costs. The facilities in the room is quite out of date but it's still functional.

The hotel is on the cliff and the room has a view of the beach in front of the room if you booked a room with the view. The hotel staff is very nice, helpful and friendly.

to be honest for the money I paid I really could not complain,

last minute booking just for 1 night so only needed basic room, everything was what was expected and the views and walk down the back of the hotel were an unexpected bonus, peacocks walking about freely quite lovely location

Fantastic view from the cliffside rooms, swimming pool and common areas. Peacocks and Peahens wander around the property. A quiet peaceful place to stay. Due to Covid-19 only two rooms in the entire complex were rented out during our time here. Very quiet an night.
