We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe hotel staff were not very friendly or welcoming towards us as guests and did not respond when we said hello or good morning every morning. This was a completely different experience from all of the other hotels we had stayed in during our trip and did make us feel somewhat uncomfortable at times. The very long list of rules and price lists of every item within the room from a cup to a tea spoon was too much and felt it was unnecessary. There were signs up in the rooms and in hotel corridors of rules with fines & charges. The hotel corridors were unbelievably noisy from 6am with cleaners talking loudly and shouting down corridors to one another, banging trolleys around and their very loud radios going off constantly. There was absolutely no thought for guests who were sleeping. The balconies in the rooms were not sun balconies for relaxing in, felt more like a balcony for a smoker to nip out and have a cigarette on. Strong smell of sewage for a few hours everyday nearby the pool area. Breakfast options for us weren’t great. When we booked our room it stated there was a hot tub, however we did not have a hot tub with our room.
The location was perfect, short walk to main area of tonsai pier without all of the noise from the bars. Room was a good size, clean and comfortable bed. Dinner at the restaurant was the best part of staying at the hotel. Romantic tables set up on the beach and the food was absolutely delicious. The Australian sirloin beef was the best meal we had during our travels around Thailand. Breakfast with a beautiful view across the water.

The location of the hotel is in the busy area just a 5 minute walk from the pier. The room was on ground floor next to the pool. We used the pool but most beds were taken, as a few were broken. The breakfast was average compared to other places we had stayed.
