500 baht breakage deposit, i felt was unnecessary. If you break the 32 inch tv, expect to fork out 20000 baht, for a tv that would normally cost around 8000 baht in the shops. Ridiculous indeed.

We had a ground floor room overlooking the garden. Aircon worked well, but the foam pillows were hard and interrupted one's sleep. We opted not to include breakfast at the hotel, as we stayed here before, and they do not serve bacon because of their religious beliefs. Yet, they serve pork sausages. Go figure!! Anyway, one can get a great breakfast at one of the many restaurants around, for less than the hotel breakfast cost. The pool was well maintained with recliners available to use.

A very strong smell of sewage around the grassy areas of the hotel, which is between the rooms and the pool, so there’s no avoiding this. Also you are only allowed one towel per person a day which can sometimes be inconvenient - you also are not allowed to take any towels outside the hotel complex or you will be fined.

Hotel amenities were wonderful, the pool was very big with lots of sun loungers plenty of space for everyone. Perfect location near the pier and only a 5 minute walk to multiple beaches.

We had ground floor garden view. The seating area outside the sliding glass doors was useless. It was just a long bench facing the actual sliding glass doors. Very hard bed. No bedside tables

Internet simply doesn't work there but I guess this is because of the island and not the hotel fault. An extra bed is not really comfy.

The hotel staff were not very friendly or welcoming towards us as guests and did not respond when we said hello or good morning every morning. This was a completely different experience from all of the other hotels we had stayed in during our trip and did make us feel somewhat uncomfortable at times. The very long list of rules and price lists of every item within the room from a cup to a tea spoon was too much and felt it was unnecessary. There were signs up in the rooms and in hotel corridors of rules with fines & charges. The hotel corridors were unbelievably noisy from 6am with cleaners talking loudly and shouting down corridors to one another, banging trolleys around and their very loud radios going off constantly. There was absolutely no thought for guests who were sleeping. The balconies in the rooms were not sun balconies for relaxing in, felt more like a balcony for a smoker to nip out and have a cigarette on. Strong smell of sewage for a few hours everyday nearby the pool area. Breakfast options for us weren’t great. When we booked our room it stated there was a hot tub, however we did not have a hot tub with our room.

The location was perfect, short walk to main area of tonsai pier without all of the noise from the bars. Room was a good size, clean and comfortable bed. Dinner at the restaurant was the best part of staying at the hotel. Romantic tables set up on the beach and the food was absolutely delicious. The Australian sirloin beef was the best meal we had during our travels around Thailand. Breakfast with a beautiful view across the water.

They said that there is a reception to organise excursion but they don’t help you at all. They even give you wrong information (20 peoples on the boat we were more than 30). Forget about the beach and swim there.. very small and not very friendly.

The location of the hotel is in the busy area just a 5 minute walk from the pier. The room was on ground floor next to the pool. We used the pool but most beds were taken, as a few were broken. The breakfast was average compared to other places we had stayed.
