Food and beverage prices are rather higher compare to other restaurants around the area. Food taste overall is good though.

The location is great. Hotel is located on Chao Lao Beach and the beach in front of hotel is very cleaned. Walking distance to other restaurants on the beach. Room is cleaned on time everyday. Staff are quite helpful. They have good variety of breakfast choice but could improve on coffee (it tasted very weak and watery) Will definitely be back!

Hotel is nice, right at the beach, Rooms are cleaned daily. There are drinks and snacks available in the room for a small fee. There are enough beach chairs available by the beach. Breakfast is quite good, enough different choices.

-Shower and bathtub’s faucet was weak and adjust difficulty -Breakfast canteen’s air circulation was poor, I was sweated during having a breakfast -omelet cooking station is rely on human’s memories too much, I ordered an omelet to #1 staff and wandering around the station 3-4 times but nothing was in progress after that I visited there one more time but staff was already switched to another person, no any memo to pass it to staff who take place after that so I had to visited there 5 times until I got my dish -Staff take photo on my ID, personal information etc. by mobile phone made guests feel unsafe because maybe third party application in mobile phone can take guests’s personal information. Above all was a simply mistake which could be improved easily in no time.

No ramps or lifts anywhere, so you even have to carry your luggage up the stairs to the reception. Thai-hard beds. No towels in the room on arrival. Really bad bathroom, with mold in the ceiling, leaky faucets that could make loud humming noises every now and then, poor draining in the shower. No balcony, in fact you'd need to downgrade to a superior room in order get a balcony or terrace. No particular view. Don't offer any compensation or free drinks or anything other than a downgrade to an even worse room after you've had to contact the reception for the third time about having to come and fix something in the room. The maintenance guys didn't even clean up the bathroom after themselves. All in all, not worth the 2k thb/night - maybe not even half...

The front office is really not professional (crazy payment method - only here, don't tell me other hotel do that - and bad attitude) and the swimming pool is extremely dirty. You dont see further 1 meter!! Basic breakfast.
