It would be ideal if daily room cleaning didn't require putting a sign out - easy to forget and we needed the sand swept out.

Breakfast was poor for us. It was made more for people from southeast asia; rice, noodles, curry etc. which is nice sometimes but not every morning. Noise in the evening and early night. You can hear all the music from beach into Your room. It`s hard to understand why all music has to be so loud for fireshows and other. You cant hear anything from walkingstreet but all noise from pattaya beach. Not so nice.

Unfortunately we were close to the toilets so there was a smell at times while we were sat on the balcony. The fruit was also not fresh every day. However overall we did enjoy our stay very much.

We had a lovely view from our balcony over the beach and enjoyed sitting here. You can also see the ocean from the bed which is very nice. Breakfast was great and varied every day. Bed very comfortable. Koh Lipe is beautiful.

Location and the beach in front is excellent. The only annoying thing was the stairs but it’s a hill resort so you need to get prepared to walk too many stairs.

We were in room, 206, which I think was the furthest walk, and my 60-year-old knees struggled a bit - I think there were about 110 steps to get to our room, so you do need to be quite fit to manage them! There was no reading light switch on my side of the bed. The fridge needed to be defrosted as we could not fit an ice cube tray in the freezer part, so I had to defrost myself. The teabags were not replenished, but luckily I had brought my own. While the island is very safe, we were unable to lock our bedroom door. The hotel is very busy but they could do with just keeping up with their maintenance. Reception staff very helpful and great that the luggage was carried to our bedroom and collected as it was so far we would have struggled to manage it

We love the location - It was our third visit. A small and peaceful hotel with, we think the best views on the island.

We liked everything, but just to mention something: The breakfast-restaurant should serve lunch and dinner. It was a beautiful place.

-We loved the breakfast with eggstation and a lot of fruit - The staff at reception and restaurant was so kind. -The room with seaview was stunning - Quite place in the end of Phattaya beach. Not a lot of other people than guests walking by. - The clear water - Free drinking-water and sunbeds with parasoll - Chareena restaurant at the beach

Lots of dogs and cats barking and howling all night. Too many stairs . From the beach to our actual room there was 76 stairs. This was hard as a member of our party had , had knee replacement surgery.

We could hear music from the beach bars while trying to sleep, also could hear noise from room next door which kept us awake.

We stayed for 5 days but housekeeping on came once to clear only rubbish and another to house keep. Some parts of our bathroom door was dropping cement stones. The aircond was not cold at all during our stay even at 16c. Probably needs to be serviced.

The view is super excellent, you can see whole of Pattaya beach. And access walking to the beach and to walking street is really convenient. We saw NYE 2024 right outside our balcony which was magic!

The furniture in our room was old and the drainage in our bathroom was poor. In the middle of showering, already flooded the floor. Informed twice to reception about it but still the same until we checked out. On our way out, the air conditioning started to leaked as well.

The view was amazing from our room. Breakfast was good and sufficiently provided. Staffs were friendly and helpful.

The location is the best in Pattaya beach, perching on hill side so there is panoramic view across the beach and the sea. We had best room with large terrace so plenty of space outside to chill. Staffs were very nice and helpful.

Breakfast for each day was mundane and similar stuffs /foods. Swimming googles for Coral watching, needs to rent which is a bit annoying as others beach hotels in that area, willing to provide for free use.
