Excellent place, great vibe and super nice staff.

My room was overlooking the main road which is busy and noisy. Having said that, I slept really well, the bed is very comfortable and the curtains block the light. Light sleepers could request rooms that are not on the road side. I liked everything about this place, having stayed in 5 different places in Ao Nang with varied price points, Chatchada House is underrated and was the best value for money by far.

Lovely, big, spacious and clean room, good AC, nice balcony, very nice welcome from Gary and a relaxed check in. Rules and regulations and were not dictated to me, and I really appreciated that, being treated like an adult. I could see that shoes were taken off, so I took my shoes off. When toilet paper ran out, I asked for more. There is a nice atmosphere downstairs at the bar, although I didn't spend time there, it looked welcoming. It's 20mins to the beach, a nice walk in my opinion, lots of food options around. Gary also helpfully booked onward transport for me. Bonus: two cute cats that will take any affection offered 🥹

It's not a big problem, and the only real negative i could say about it is. I wasn't advised on arrival about the way you changed your own towels.

The room was basic but clean. The location was great for me as it was in a slightly quieter part of Ao Nang.

A bit noisy you’d better have earplugs.

The location is pretty good, at a very chill neighborhood where you can find a big Food supermarket, 7-Eleven and restaurants. The staff are super friendly and helpful, we had a good time there. we planned to stay only one night and turned out to stay three nights. we don’t really like Ao Nang beach but for this hotel we stayed longer.

The location is about 20 min walk to the beach but saying that its a very nice walk

Very comfortable rooms with a nice ensuite. At one point our shower broke but the guy in charge was on it as soon as we said and tried to fix it very quickly. They also helped us with hiring motorbikes for our stay and let us park right outside. 10/10 for staff. Overall very very good value for money and really recommend staying.

It has the benefit of not being right down on the main drag .. but stick a hand out & one of the local guys will buzz you down there in a couple of minutes.. meaning you get dropped exactly where you want to start.

As a 3* travellers hotel you really cannot fault this place. Clean, well set up and all at a really reasonable price. The ‘Secret Sauce’ that makes this great place brilliant is the Australian manager Gary and his team. Well traveled himself he just gets it and will help you navigate the local scene to get the best out of your stay.

Really great staff. Especially the Australian manager. He was awesome. Nice vibe to the place. Fantastic view from the room. Nice coffee available downstairs.

The owner was very friendly and flexible. Location was great, a bit of a walk to Ao Nang beach but good eating places, laundry services and 711 all close by. Rooms were clean and spacious.

Was a few ants and mosquitoes in the room, shower was either warm or cold no option to choose temp. You can hear everything happening outside of the room, noise bothered us a bit but depends if you’re a deep sleeper.

We had to move rooms a few times due to a broken aircon system and then no water. We couldn’t shower the first night and the 2nd night we had to use a different room to shower, then the 3rd night after being moved we still didn’t have any water. We even had to use bottled water at one point to clean our teeth. After 3 nights the water pump was finally fixed so from that point on we did have water. But it took 3 days of no water for it to be fixed.

The WiFi was great, there was cool music in the bar downstairs, the rooms were spacious and the bathrooms had a separate shower and they had proper bed covers.
