The staff made a mistake with the payment and credited money from my card without informing me. But after explaining to them, they did the refund and helped me immediately.

I should start off by saying I'm pretty light sleeper. For me the bed was a bit too hard, and the AC compressor out on the balcony too noisy. The hotel restaurant was closed, but it's not a big problem as there are a couple eatery-type places around for breakfast.

The room was very large and it's in a quiet part of Bangkok. It's a bit far from the BTS but still walkable (as long as it's not too hot outside!), and the hotel has a shuttle which is useful. The service was good and they helped direct me to places I wanted to go.

It was quite far from the nearest station, like around 15 mins on foot. Additionally, were no slippers and no hair dryer in the room. It was also quite difficult to control the hot water in the shower. There was a balcony but we couldn’t stay there because the wind from the AC is blowing hot wind.

The room was very spacious and has a city view. The staff were quite friendly and hospitable and the manager offered to keep our bags at the hotel and send us to the nearest BTS station even after we checked out. The WIFI works well in our room, too.

A bit uptight, hard-core business women in charge. Note that the nearest proper restaurants are within 1-1,5 km, On Nut station 1 km away (12-15 min walk). The air-con blows its hot air straight into the balcony (not suitable for sitting around but great for drying clothes).

A classy and clean hotel, shiny floor tiles in the room. Excellent room quality (stayed in 508), everything worked, no leaks in the bathroom. Silent neighbourhood.

I've stayed here 2 times. I like the location because it is out of the way, in a nice residential soi about 10 mins walk to On Nut BTS. Rooms are big and clean. Staff are friendly. Getting a little outdated now but still a solid hotel if you don't need anything fancy.

Overall is so so the Tuk tuk service is unreliable stay for 5 nights 🌙. No restaurant near by have to order food by Apps. Bathroom is ok room size and balcony is good.

The room is good and clean.

The manager, who seems to be an old women is so bitter as possible, we feel not welcome at all. No smile, never. The poor young girls who are working under her seems to have a bad working place, because of her.

The receptionist. The old lady who runs the hotel is unprofessional in dealing with guests. She's talking to us as if we were her maids which shouldn't be. Regardless of anybody's status or background, guests should be treated equally and with respect. We felt intimidated by her presence and wouldn't want to seek assistance as she appears stubborn and hard to talk to. She's a bad ambassador for the hotel to be honest.

If I remember it right, the other room that we requested beforehand was supposed to be twin beds not a queen/king bed. The beds are clean, the toilet is ok.
