Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

FranceUnfortunately, we have been bitten by bedbugs while staying there. You can hear the neighboor quite well through the walls, so we had noise from the outside.
The rooms are beautiful and big. The beds are comfortable and all the furniture is chosen with a style. You have 5 different choices for breakfast, it is exclusively Asian style.

United KingdomThere was construction going on next door and a megaphone in the pole just in front of the house with chanting and radio like announcements. It stopped at times but if you are working it can be distracting.
I did not realise that the room I booked was actually downstairs in the back with little lighting but we were pleasantly surprised when we were offered the upstairs room. The house is super quaint even if a little far from the centre but still within walking distance. There are several restaurants just around the corner, two blocks away. There is even a creperie... Thai breakfast is offered and the wifi worked beautifully.

B&B good place to stay in Chanthaburi, not far to the Center. It is a small house with 3 rooms only. Quiet, Parking, Room comfortable, clean and recntly built. Breakfast ok (Asian style).

TurkeyNothing: Only the owner couple can speak English. Actually we didn't have any problem about this. If we call, they gave the answer very soon. We didn't know about the city of Chanthaburi and this hotel is a bit far from the city center. But for us, it was not problem. For 10 minutes walk, there's the Somdej Pra Chao Tak Sin Maharat Public Park. I could walk in the morning around the pond. And if you don't want to walk, you always can use motorcycle taxi - only one problem, they couldn't understand where the hotel are - so we always told them to the bus terminal - it's only 1 km far away from the hotel.
The hotel is very cozy and lovely. I guess there's only 3 rooms (2 rooms up stairs, 1 room down stairs). Hotel building are made from the wood and give very nice atmosphere. Breakfast is also very nice - there's many choices, unfortunately I am not having breakfast generally but my husband requested vegetarian breakfast - they made it specially for him. The owner couple is very lovely. Thank you very much for giving us the comfortable stay.

FranceDuring this stay, I must note a big drawback about the close proximity with a very noisy house, with lots of people and children yelling loudly during some hours in the end of afternoon. It was like you are staying in a school yard during a school break or at a party at the end of the week where people drink together, spêaking and shouting loudly. The sound proofing of the room can be quite adequate if you close door of the toilet room, which has an open airing that cannot be closed, connecting to the next house.
I stayed already one time at this B&B and everything was fine: room OK, parking for the car and quietness of the place. For this time, I make the same positive comment about everything except for the quietness of the place during the end of afternoon (see drawback hereinunder). For the positive, I can add the proximity (5 min walking) of a commercial center (Lotus's) where you can find a choice of places for eating at your convenience without the need to go through traffic with the car.
