If you are a couple who is dating for less than one year, you should avoid this hotel, simply because the toilet/bathroom is separated by only a curtain and you can hear everything😄 The water in the pool was cloudy and kind of ruined the attractiveness of the rooftop. The concierge/hotel porter insisted several times to take our luggage and even after repeating multiple times I do not want him to take my bag, he still took my bag off my hands. Felt like being robbed. Yes, I know they hunt for tips, but I should be able to make a choice. You cant just grab people’s luggage from their hands!! Gave a good tip in a previous hotel, just because they asked politely. Items from the breakfast (specifically bacon and ham)looked like they were cooked the day before, didn’t really look fresh. The area where the hotel is located is not the best (the old city). We would recommend you, if staying Bangkok, to research the best neighborhoods for a stay.

Loved the hot tub in the room the rooftop pool was amazing and the gym was decent can’t fault it returning to bankok tommorow and will be booking this hotel again

Bathroom/toilet can only be separated by curtain from the room. Whos toilet is in the living or bedroom?

There was nothing we did not like.

Probably one of the best places you can pick for old town Bangkok / Temples / Khao San road. Excellent location, amazing room (picked the one with jacuzzi). Great food places nearby, launderette, massage, etc... Rooftop pool is great, and the staff is super attentive. Excellent value for the money.

The location was perfect. The staff were amazing and very friendly. 200m outside was a little restaurant/bar. In walking distance of more restaurants and bars and a bit more night life.

The bathroom floor flooded after taking a shower every time. The spa bath looked like it needed a good clean and we were put off using it.

Nothing that I can say I didn't like. Location was good but some main attractions you would need a taxi ride. Taxis very cheap. Use Grab app.

The staff are so friendly and can't do enough for you! Special shout out to Boat he was so friendly he showed us to our room and showed us how everything worked. He even helped speak to a taxi driver for us when the taxi driver couldn't find us! So very helpful! We got a complimentary room upgrade. The room was perfect for our 2 night stay in Bangkok! Spacious and the beds and pillows were very comfortable! We didn't have the breakfast so can't comment on that. The pool and pool bar we sat there on our first morning. The lady at the bar was lovely. Check in and check out was smooth! Would recommend for a short stay in Bangkok!

The tab water smells a bit odd, but that's not in the hands of the hotel.

Super friendly staff and very helpful. Could also store our luggage for a while for free. Rooms are awesome especially the wirlpool and comfy beds, a bit of a rare thing in Thailand. We didn't use the pool but it looked lovely.

The shower in both rooms was dangerous . The hot water is boiling and was super hard to regulate . Dangerous for kids . Ended up having cold showers .

Location is fantastic . Nice quiet street with great local food options . Breakfast was buffet good selection .
