Hotel is very nice staff very welcome and helpful. Only they don't have an elevator, I got 3rd floor and my bag quite heavy have to carry by myself. Still recommended 👌.

The only real complaint I could make is the breakfast isn't big enough, there are no restrictions on how much you can have but its a bit of a pain to keep going back up for more, it isn't really a complaint more of a personal preference

It is just a very nice hotel. the staff are very helpful. the location for my trip was very good easy to find and great excess to the highways. The facilities near by are also fantastic and everyone around the area is very helpful.

the wall is a little thin and the door beeps when left open for too long and my neighbor seems to always forget to close the door for some reasons... shower head is mounted a little too high and it's not adjustable.

the room is super clean hot water and good water pressure. the staff is really nice i think there are free coffee and tea at the lobby at all time though i didn't get to have any.

The key system for the door beeps at times so at night the people near us made a lot of noise with the door beeping.

The room was spotlessly clean and bed was very comfortable. Staff were helpful in organising a tuk tuk to the night market and also a van to the airport - it was all very straight forward. The breakfast selection is quite good as well.

because of fully book before the day i came so the room was not ready on time about 30 mins late but its fine for me.

Im honest to say not recommend room no. 110 and 108 because it really smell bad from the toilet and never disappeared even they already find the way to solve it. I was staying first night at room 108, I told them that the smell from toilet is really bad. They come to me and spray but it really didnt help. Second and third night I insisted to change the room because I couldn't stand with that smell anymore and they have changed for me.

We stayed here for 3 nights. The room was as its described and look the same in the pictures. It was clean. Bathroom is good but no glass between shower room and toilet but still ok, Water running very well. Beds are comfy and have 24hours snack bar. Very good location near street food and public park. Enough parking space but no shades. Most Staffs are friendly and helpful but only 1 little chubby lady seem wasn't.

Good location, walking distance to the main shopping areas and night market. Room is spacious, quiet and clean. The staffs are very friendly and trying their best to help although only understand basic English.

A bit far from the train station. You could hear every single noise no soundproofing at all in the hotel. I could hear the people in the next room sleeping. Staff didn’t understand any English.
