In all of Thailand they have problem with plumbing. Water in the shower cubicles do not pass smoothly. But this is a common problem all over Thailand. It is nothing serious.

Very comfortable bed, best so far in Thailand. Very good location, extremely affordable, clean, not noisy, helpful staff.

too cold ! you share the room with many people so some of them want the AC on 24/7 so the room becomes a freezer.

Very convenient (price/quality), clean, and a comfy common area. There is a huge spot to lock your belonging just below your bed. Nice staff

our room smelt of damp, the bathrooms were not the cleanest. the locker storage for our bags wouldn’t close. we were charged A LOT by the staff to take us to dragons crest hill, would recommend booking alternative transport for cheaper option.

ideal location, not too far up the hill, close enough to ao nang beach and a good Thai food place opposite. quiet at night. good breakfast options.

Can get a bit messy in the room and in the bathroom, but that is the people's fault, not the staff

The staff is super nice and accommodating; the privacy with the curtains (private light and electricity to charge your phone), storage (bring your own lock- I got mine at a pharmacy down the street); the street food across has amazing food and juices

Not much of a common space / room to work. Only in the front lobby, which is pretty trafficked.

Although it’s not a small hostel it’s pretty quiet, so you can sleep at whatever time you want without interruption. Beds are equipped with curtains and the staff are nice.

There was no water on our floor the entire time we were there, we had to shower on 1st floor but the water flow is not great. And considering this is a no shoe inside hotel it would be great if they provide a slipper for guest to use. It feel sandy everywhere.

The location is about 10minutes walk to the beach. Lots of halal eatery nearby, and people selling packages to island hopping. There's a cafe on the ground floor and 7eleven nearby too. The staff was really helpful eventho there are some miscommunication due to language barrier they tried their best to help you. Towel & WiFi available for free.

The showers were clean and adequate, but seems like they could have been cleaned a little more frequently.

Says mixed dorm but seems like they try to keep the actual dorm rooms either female or male, which is a good service, although all the clientel I spent my 10 days here with are very respectful, happy and quiet. Clean rooms, roomy beds, many showers and toilets. Bring your own padlock (or buy in 7eleven next door). Staff very happy, smiling, polite and helpful. Definitely worth the money, will definitely stay here again. Thank you!

overall is a good hostel with a friendly staff. only downside is that beds are fairly small and separated by a curtains from both sides. Basically is I would stretch my legs there was a big chance of me heating someones head and I am 190cm tall.

Great location and the staff are awesome! You can organise activities through them as well. Nice place to relax and great value. Rooms are a good size and facilities are great.

The snacks advertised weren't available and when I wanted coffee they had run out of milk. But not really a problem with cafes and shops literally 30 seconds away.

The bedroom had a balcony with seats and chairs overlooking the main street. Also with drying racks. Comfy mattress, nice bedding and towels provided. Good communal areas with a chilled but sociable atmosphere. Helped me to arrange a cheap and easy minivan to the airport at the very early time I needed. Could book a variety of trips. Free water cooler.

the locker room doesn’t have key so security is not great. Some locker is broken also.

the location is closed to the beach which is nice for me! The bed is quite huge and the bathroom is clean.
