The location is not the best you have to walk at night thought some dark street to get to the hotel, their is not reception after 9pm, fridge was not working and I need medicine to be at a cold temperature and it was not that clean.

The air conditioning was not up to the mark. They used a small capacity ac for a big room.

Room is good but the location is little far from the ferry station and the beach.

The shower was bad. Leaky shower head, low water pressure and no shower curtain. The restaurant was very hot.

Very good place on the island. Close to both beaches and pier. But far enough that you can get a quiet sleep without the party noises throughout the island. Comfortable bed. Very helpful employees.

First night we were given a room facing a restaurant. Loud crashing noises while they prepped for breakfast meant I was woken up at 6am. This room was more run down, no real balcony, air con facing the main door which had massive gaps. I asked to be relocated and was given a room on the other side. The bathroom was bigger and air con faced the bed which made sleeping much easier.

The island is small and this is nestled between the harbour and a beach. Quite enough if you get a room facing the mountain.

The rowdy restaurant across from your room. The rooms were very dark and the air conditioning didn’t work very well compared to other hotels I have stayed in.

The air conditioning was not as good as expected.

The location was good, near to the pier. The staff was friendly and made honest efforts to quickly resolve any issues we encountered. The rooms were clean and equipped with basic facilities. Additionally, there were multiple breakfast options available, which I appreciated. Overall, my experience was pleasant and satisfactory.

Above kitchen which is noisy and smelly but when you shut the doors you couldn’t hear it. Smelly room.

The rooms are quite weary, especially bathroom. The nearest beach - Loh dalum - is just awful - very shallow and dirty. You will need to go to other locations by foot (very long) or by boot (extra charge).

The staff was really friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was surprisingly nice, with a big variety of fruits. The hotel is located in a quiet area, but at the same time close to the center. There is much nature around - monkeys come very near, just keep your balcony door closed!

Some noise from the bars further up the beach but air conditioning drowned it out and it was definitely worse for other hotels further up the beach.

2 min walk to a small beach, with nobody else on it early morning which was amazing. Never been told to make sure I lock the windows and door because monkeys have learnt how to.open the sliding doors. Even got a close up encounter with them on my balcony. What an experience. Luggage collection from.and to the pier was a definite benefit.

The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable, very difficult to get some sleep. Could not leave clothes to dry on balcony as monkeys are in the area and may take stuff. There was also very loud music coming from some property / bar nearby which went on until all hours.

Loved the big spacious room and great air conditioning to keep us cool. Location was nice as it was far from the busy town about 12 minute walk.

When we arrived, we were told that someone would be waiting to help carry our luggage. However, we couldn't find the person and ended up just walking there ourselves. It wasn't far, so wasn't a problem.

We only had one night on Phi Phi, so for our purposes it was fine. Basic, but with a functioning air-con and very charming bungalows. We were warned about keeping our windows open due to monkeys, but sadly didn't get to see any. Location is a bit away from the centre, but we didn't mind that at all. Easy 10 minute walk to the pier.
