but all the days our room had animals, like cockroach. The room was clean but no enough, we didn’t like the experience to kill the cockroach everyday

The room wasn’t clean. There were menstrual stains on the sheets and the bathroom sink and shower were dirty. There also wasn’t any toilet paper and the television didn’t work.

I tried to extend my stay with one more night, directly at the property, but the the lady in the “reception” had decided to charge a higher price than what I get through booking. This does not make sense, as booking.com deducts a fee if I book through them, so theoretically it would be cheaper to do it directly in the reception (at least the same price as I payed the night before).

the towels they provide are very old and the room was literally facing a 4g phone mast great view …. they don’t clean your room or provide any extra toilet roll

it serves a purpose and that is to lay your head at night there is nothing to write home about . the road is being built to get to hotel and thankfully someone meets you to collect your luggage at the pier

The staff seemed a little dosorganised and somewhat unfriendly.. My friend also had a booking via Booking but when she arrived (prior to me) theyhad no room available. She ended uo having to check into my room and share. We were promised to be met at the pier to habe our luggage transported. Noone was there for wither of our arrivals. Likewise foe the return journey. In tbe hit weather. It woukd have bene nice not to carry our bags. There was alos no 'garden voew' as stated on tbe booking and we were overlooking another building in close proximity.. One night was defintiely enough

Towels dirty and very very old. Should be absolutely changed. Sheets of the bad broken in many parts evenif clean. I advise for a bit more care for these little details that make the difference! In MY personal opinion price is a bit over rang de la of the good balance price point / quality referring to the overall situation.

Position is strategic. Not in the crowded central part of the village but anyway close to the party beach side. Staff manager has been very kind and willing to help. The room is nice you have all you need. Spacious and a very confy bed. Clean. Balcony gives on roofs of an other building and you have monkeys walk on it. Many! So it is a beautiful show to see in the morning...but pay attention they are always looking for food!

The room itself is pretty dark at least on the 1st floor, just one window and without sunlight. Facilities inside would be nice to refresh, e.g. sink and toilet in bathroom.

Very good breakfast (buffet) served at 7AM, so you can take it before diving that usually start at 7:30. Pretty close to the pier, about 8-10 minutes by walking. The quiet and green territory. Monkeys family is bypassing the hotel few times per day :) Kayaks rental are nearby.

Some of the neighbors were too loud some of the nights. The manager was kind enough to relocate me to a quieter room.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Any issues I had were quickly resolved (like changing light bulb) Very decent rooms for not so much money. There's a laundry service next door and the on the other side there's a hotel with a restaurant where you're very welcome to eat or order food to your room.

We left the key at the reception and when we came back the reception was closed and we slept outside. No apology. No refund. No compensation. No nothing. And now I see that they apparently charged us the double amount. We paid 1 time at the reception and booking also charged us. So we paid 2 times.

- Coackroach in the room - Lizard in the room - beds are super hard (uncomfortable sleeping) - pillow are on the thin side - room didnt get clean after hanging clean card on the door. When came back we had to buy towels to shower
