We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomSmall but important to me. The lighting, sockets and central mirror for hair and makeup was not right. It would have been better to have a mirror etc on the wall opposite the window by the bed. Not enough hanging space for clothes. Maybe in need of freshening the paint work. Chairs and a table would be nice on the decking outside. We did borrow chairs from the bar area.
The location was idyllic. Room was very clean. The staff were fabulous. Extremely professional and helpful. The owner/company should be proud of the excellent people they have working for them.

SwitzerlandJust small things. Notable was the bad water pressure from the shower. Also the music in the restaurant / front area was upsetting over time. I feel that the "music" of nature would be much nicer to listen to here.
Perfect location at the beach with not many big hotels around. This hotel is also not big, so there are not too many people around. The restaurant is priced maybe 50% above average, but the food is also good.

SingaporeThe staff should inform guests the food portions are large enough for two to avoid wastage.
The owners have put in alot of thought in the design of this hotel; in total only 6 rooms it has, designed to give each one with the needed privacy. Located beach front. It is a green hotel, embraces the reuse, reduce and recycle concept. Food and cocktails were exquisite and it was something that I didn't expect from this unassuming hotel.

GermanyWell, to be honest, this happens sometimes . . . if the current is unlucky for the beach it splashes all the plastic rubbish on it, which doesn't invite you to swim . . . , which would have been dangerous at the time being anyway due to the rough sea.
The food there is outstanding, i recommand the cheese sticks, even they are only four, don't expect to be hungry anymore after eating 'em, stuffy and gorgious. Also all the Thai food we ordered was very tasty and their Pina Colada a dream come true, so there is no need to find another restaurant. Well, i booked the rooms for this close feeling to the sea and i promise, you'll here the waves crashing ashore, when you sit on the comfort sofa outside on your balcony. A lonely standing bath tub and seperate rainshower leave a spa feeling behind and they all amenities to make sure you go to bed well maintained.
