It’s OK. “City Beach Resort” - It’s a phrase which was named for this property. The Building with swim Pool on 2nd floor is called Resort!? This is a hotel - 03 stars local Hotel, no more no less. I think so. How about the breakfast!? In my pinion, I shouldn’t comment any thing about the quantity of dishes and quality of food for breakfast. I want to talk about the attitude of staff who picked up my breakfast coupon at front door. He said nothing. I tried my best to find anything in his face and any body language gesture,… to convince myself that he welcomed me by another way. But I found nothing.
Receptionist is & Housekeeping staffs were very nice.

United KingdomThere is nothing I can say of a critical nature regarding this hotel.
The hotel is located bang in the middle of Hua Hin and less than a 5 min walk to Walking Street where all the nightlife is situated. It is also less than 10 mins walk to the beach. You can't get lost looking for the hotel. It dominates the skyline. From here you can walk to the Night Market area just over the railway line at Hua Hin in about 30 mins.. There you will find a stage with various groups performing free and the area is surrounded with eateries of every description. Don't drive to the night market. It is almost impossible to park. Take a taxi if you need transport. A great night out.

United KingdomWindows in room we're very dirty. Kettle had a dreadful smell when boiled, no tea or coffee. But we received two bottles of complimentary water daily. For the price we paid breakfast would have been a nice addition , in the past as I remember it this used to be a class hotel. Now it just seems to be not cared for in the proper manner.
Went out for breakfast, the pool area was filthy sunbeds never cleaned if you were near the pool toilets bad smells coming from them . The noise levels were horrendous. We had an adjoining door in our room ,you could here the people in that room talking, music in bar opposite some nights till 1.30 am .they could do a lot better.

AustraliaAir-conditioner was like a train coming through your room. I purchased a fan so as to turn of the train just to sleep. Disrespectful guests slamming doors from late night to early morning. Continuous noise in the hallway. Filthy language, vindictive & belligerent nasty people. OH! I had a wonderful time. Sadly, I extended my stay from the 14th Oct to the 11th Nov. BIG mistake. Best advice, "GOOD LUCK". Hotel needs to demolished or totally renovated.
