The units were quite elevated with big stairs, not very accessible.

The staff were so lovely, breakfast was good and the beach was just across the road. 7-Eleven was just a few minutes walk. Anything you need from food to island hopping packages to massages are around the corner. Memorable stay for me and my family!

Breakfast, the quality of which does not stand up to criticism, is unfortunately included in the price of the stay. Overcooked eggs and boiled unappetizing sausages, as well as limp lettuce and tasteless cucumbers and tomatoes - this is not what should be served to guests in Thailand. Even the selection of fruits surprised the imagination of the happy tourist with its meagerness. I think the hotel management needs to get a little creative and make some real changes to the breakfast menu offered to guests. Two restaurants nearby serve food that is unacceptable for Thailand. I recommend finding authentic cuisine along the beach.

It could be a little bit cleaner inside the apartments, little too dark in the evening in the garden. If you want to go to the beach you need to cross the street. If you want to pay by credit card you need to pay 3% charge - nobody told me about it before my accomodation.

every day the same bad breakfast (cold eggs, no coffee, sausages from the day before,etc.), our room wasn’t cleaned even when we had the sign so I had to ask cleaning lady to clean our room when we needed, no english speaking person in the hotel

Nothing. Really a nice place to stay

Beautiful beach, clean and comfortable rooms, delicious Thai food, but the highlight would definetly be the super helpful staff! It is an "all inclusive service" resort! They organized on a heart beat our taxi pick-ups, snorkling day trips and even an ambulance pick-up when my girlfriend needed to go to the hospital. Plus, always at a very competitive price! Thanks a lot, and see you soon! PS: got there my best foot massage ever! Really recommend stopping by this place!

Very old AC with wide temperature swing One towel hook and no towel racks in room for 3 Cheapest possible shampoo, conditioner, and soap bar Maids sit in garden watching videos on their phones. Only clean room after checkout. Booking.com photos have accent pillows and artwork which are not in the room Missing small touches useful for beach life: drying rack for wet clothing, broom for sweeping sand off porch Paid @3000 baht/night in January for "Deluxe Twin garden view". Would be reasonable value at half this price.

Bathroom tiles needed to be cleaner

This is value for money , great location, lovely staff. However, the shower area and tiles of the bathroom needed proper cleaning, really not clean enough. There was also musty moldy smell in room when we checked in which I raised with staff and they sorted quickly

We stayed here for 2 nights , the staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean. Lovely little resort. Pool was great too , my 5 year old really enjoyed it. Resort right opposite the beach too.

Room smell, walls have mold and whole room smells like mold, you can not air it and all our things smell on mold after leaving. Also, has cocroaches and could be cleaner. But the smell is worst, we slept with open door and still have headache.

The pool is nice and restaurant by the beach as well.

first day we arrived and there was sone sand from when the previous guests had been present so a bit disappointed with the fact the house keeping staff hadn’t cleaned this properly but otherwise every thing was very very good.

very nice resort, lovely friendly and helpful staff, great location, perfect for the beach, pool was brilliant , obviously care and pride was taken in designing and building this pool, great for relaxing, shops and pharmacy very short walk away, several bars very close, a brilliant New Year’s Eve on the beach, firework display etc, would definitely stay again and highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Koh Lanta and being on such a beautiful beach as Klong Nin I can’t rate this place highly enough. loved it here

Rooms were not clean, we had insects and ants as well as mould everywhere. We were allowed to change from one dirty room - to another dirty room. The cleaning service came everyday but didn't do much. Breakfast was bad, with bad/cold coffee, uncooked eggs and fruits full of ants or dirt.
