We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Singapore1. The superior rooms / king rooms and the suites are all facing the main road . The noise at night is so loud from passing vehicles or anything else happening in the road. It's hard to fall asleep 2. Despite the renovation, the towels were a bit dirty and the bathroom lacks shower curtains .. So be prepared for a soggy wet bathroom 3. Most of the staff are new and cannot communicate well. Sing language and a bit of luck works .
Great .central location. Rooms are new and renovated. WiFi is great. Localized to each room. Works great . Staff do what they can .

AustraliaThe hotel is named incorrectly, it is not a cocoon!! This resulted in initially going to the incorrect hotel(one called The Cocoon Phuket) and then great difficulty in finding the correct hotel. The address from the email was incorrect and it is not on Google until you take out Cocoon and just have APK. When we first went to our room I noticed the aircon wasn't working so we immediately had to change rooms. We were moved to another nearby room, but during the night the aircon there stopped working, so at 7am I had to return to reception and request a room with working aircon. They staff gave us a new room(with an upgrade) but the wifi didn't work there and when I asked about this they just said it does not reach every room of the hotel properly. The room was on the corner with a small balcony but could really use some soundproofing/double glazing as it overlooks a busy street.
The staff were very friendly and the check in/out process was fast and efficient. It was a good sized room for the price.

AustraliaBalcony not clean, I had requested for a specific building I wanted to stay at but wasn't allocated a room in that building. I had a heavy bag and I had to lift my 24 kg bag up and down 2 set of steep steps on check in and check out with no assistance from the staff. The neighbour left all her trash outside her door and was so unpleasant to see it as I walked to my room next to them. Big Black garbage bags dumped outside level 4 lift.
The checking was quick. The room was ok but not good for the price I paid.
