Front desk receptionist during the day could be friendlier. I over heard them mentioning to a client about room slippers, I think after the amount you pay for the room each night, it’s not a big deal about slippers. I asked for the room to be cleaned, and they quickly came in, left clean towels of the couch and I had to ask them to wash the sink, toilet & shower…since we had 4 people sharing and it had been three days since the room was cleaned.

We had a view on the backyard parking, so nothing special. If you want to go to 7-11, be prepared to inclined road. Prices at the pool bar are a bit high. All in all there are few thing to complain about.

Great hotel, everything is new. Stuff is very friendly and helpful. Pool area is well designed. Rooms are comfortable. Not a big hotel, so there are few people. Also it is quiet here. Breakfast is okay. Shuttle bus to the centre or to the beach are available.

Restaurant. Even every time I went to try and have dinner it was empty, the guy seemed lost and it took ages to bring food. Awkward atmosphere.

Rooms need a bit air, also the shower outlet.gets clogged during shower. Rest is all great.

Feels like coming back to a familiar place where one is comfortable and is welcomed. Staff as always are helpful and attentive.

When we got to the room it wasn't very clean but after we talked to the reception they cleaned it better. The entrance to the hotel is with a very high rise that is difficult to go up and down on foot, therefore every time we wanted to leave the hotel it was by taxi only.

There is a hill to go up to the hotel If you don't rent a bike it is very hard to go up by yourself

Garden balcony view was actually white wall view. When travelling with the kids we missed the most a buffet breakfast. Location was guite far from the beach and up on the hill.

The hotel was very well maintained, clean and up to dated. Very helpful personnel, excellent service. Quality of food was great.

I like the place due to we have fun and memorable experience. From the Manager Mr. SUNIL and the staff Sandy and Ann & Tang from the restaurant and the rest of the staff are very kind and hospitable. When I got sick during our stayed they make sure that I am taking care of until I get will. I really appreciated from the very core of my heart. The facility is cosy and comfortable.

Cleaning rooms need better attention and only simple tidy work may not be enough. Breakfast will need improvement as some dishes like avocado toast and Benedict taste not up to standards. More design upgrade to reception to make it more inviting would be a bonus as it felt a bit busy and not very inviting design.

Suite rooms with Mountain View are great and spacious. Modern design and large bathroom. Balcony with view and perfect bedding to sleep well. Away from hustle but motorbike or other transport to go central is necessary. Pool area and gym are also well maintained.

The pillows were too high, and they did not have any alternatives available meaning uncomfortable sleep for me personally. The hot tub in the suite is outside the room and visible from some of the other rooms/patio so privacy isn’t the best. We had to use towels to try and block the view to those outside on the terrace.

Amazing room (suite) set over a split level, with a large hot tub. Decent location and free shuttle bus to patong was very useful. Good breakfast and great food from the restaurant

All was supper good place to rest with famly. It normal that no walking streets in patong. But if you have motorbicke its the best place to stay. Quiet and very nice place.
