Cleaning was minimal. Just towels were changed and rubbish removed. They made the bed on our last day when we were out and removed the cover on the doona and did not replace it. It was unpleasant to sleep under the doona without a cover as the quilted cover texture was nasty.

My room was located on the side of building near central shopping center on 8th floor . This meant no view, only the carpark. It is also noisey in the morning as all the vehicles unload there stock. You can be left waiting for elevator for a while if its a busy time of day.

Location is excellent, beach at one end and second road at the other end. Room Size is good and layout. is good. Shops at the base of building are handy and there is a 7 11 at the beach side.

There was a lack of a note to hang on the door ''do not disturb,, as the cleaning ladies could come at any time between 11 and 16. If you wanted to rest during the hottest part of the day, it could be a bit difficult.

The location was very good and the waiting time for the elevator was usually not long

Some minor hiccups- the room amenities showed as included ironing facility, but none. Also the safe was out of action! The stay was very comfortable, though.

Condo Express View Talay 6 in my opinion currently offers the best value for money. This condo building is anyway my go to location when visiting Pattaya as it ticks a lot of boxes (modern high rise, next to Central Festiva/Hilton, access to beach road, various shops on the ground floor ...). On this trip I had already stayed with two other renters in this building, and of the three Condo Express by far offered the best value; clean and modernly appointed rooms which are competitively priced. The staff at the office/reception are friendly, personable and accommodative. After the initial trial, I have booked the remainder of my stay in Pattaya (a little over two weeks) with Condo Express.

The standout for this place is the location, it really is central to everything. The night Bazaar is on one side, Central Pattaya on another and a pleasant 20 minute walk to Walking Street. The room itself was nice and comfortable, daily housekeeping and the staff were super helpful. We asked for extra pillows and this was no problem. There was an issue with the shower head on the first day and by the end of the second day it was fully repaired. It is a fully self-sufficient room, but with a range of massage, laundry and general store shops just below you want for nothing.

The rooms are a little bit dated, the bed and couch in mine both weren't comfortable, shower was also very average. A do not disturb system with the house keeping staff would be a solid idea too.

Location here can't be beat, literally right next to Central, right next to the beach, right next to the night Bazaar. The rooms are very big and well equipped being condos, the swimming pool is huge as well. I did have an issue with my aircon but it was fixed quickly. The location definitely is the biggest selling point here. Big TV with plenty of channels too for a rainy day.
