The pool had missing tiles so could do with a revamp but that was just a minor I do not have anything negative to say about this hotel

I cannot review the actual room that I booked as there was a problem with the water when I arrived so they upgraded me to a stunning 16th floor property which was absolutely perfect so I can only review the hotel facilities to be fair. The location was perfect, walking distance to the beach, bangla road and otop market. The swimming pool was a lovely size with plenty of sunbeds, immaculate grounds, a drinks/snack bar and toilets which were cleaned regularly. The view over patong was absolutely beautiful and I will definitely book this place again it was perfect for being in the heart of things but without the noise

The sofa bed wasn’t the comfiest, stated there was a complimentary breakfast which turned out to be 400 baht so a bit misleading. Also some wear and tear in the room.

Very good value for money. 5 person stay and 2 huge rooms with double beds. Lots of complimentary amenities like shower gel, shampoo, tea, coffee and water etc. Nice view from the balcony with a good location close to the craziness of patong. Staff very friendly and good facilities - swimming pool, gym.

it will be helpful if the owner indicate the address as Patong Heritage, check in with hotel lobby for the key. The actual process of getting the key is not hard once we start to ask the hotel reception, but ask Grab driver finding the condo is confusing, because there is no sign or anything of the condo (it's part of the hotel building).

The breakfast is for hotel guest only, not for condo guest.

Holidays in the time of COVID-19. Safety rules are burdensome but such are the times.

I stayed at Patong Hateridge once again. My apartment was prepared for me in advance. Upon checking in, it turned out that the shower broke. The staff quickly changed my apartment to a much better one. Very good and helpful service. I am satisfied once again.

The room needs a serious renovation. The furniture and appliances are worn, except for the microwave oven, the bathroom had mildrew in the sink, which they repaired, the shower doesn’t fit well in the holder because it’s missing a fastener, the hot water heater has exposed opening where the power wires enter the unit and there are several light switches without covers, allowing you finger to potentially touch exposed wires. The entrance way door is poorly constructed and worn, providing little security. I worse part of my stay was the staff at the main desk. They did little to address my issues and were difficult to deal with. Their constant fall back response was do you want a refund. In other words, if you don’t like get out, we don’t need your business or complaints.

Just the view from the balcony, but you can’t enjoy the balcony because of the smokers from adjacent balconies.

Apartment is nothing like the pictures. We didn't get the room we reserved 6 months prior. Reception lady in very bad English told us that we can get another hotel if we don't like the room. The air-conditioning in one of the bedrooms didn't work, and they didn't fix it for 6 nights we stayed. The were no window In the living room,so it was very dark most of the time. Some times the was a very bad sewerage smell in the bathroom .

Location is good. Hotel pool was nice. Beds are comfortable
