The rooms are very hard to sleep in, the fan is so loud you can’t sleep and very hot!

Lovely location right at the beach however there were rats and the rooms are a ground floors.so I want comfortable knowing that rats could come in my room. Also the rooms have some holes up in sealings corner, and some animals would ge tin and.make noises all night. Sleeping wants that good since you can felt the metal of the bed

It was clean. Not the prettiest rooms but my room was a very cheap one. Nice atmosphere. Good affordable at the restaurant. Nice staff :-)

The property was in a great location in Thongsala right near the beach and close enough to the parties of full moon. It was also a fraction of the cost of hostels on full moon.

The Beach was very nice and clean. The Water is quite shallow but thats just what it is. The Bungalow was very cheap still clean a fan was provided. They is a very nice Bar/Restaurant attached to Hostel. Very Nice. Laundry Service was available. Good WLAN worked even on the beach.

- lazy job at cleaning as there were still other people’s belongings from before me in the room. - There were a lot of bugs nests and therefore lotssss of bugs - these should be killed off. - I didn’t sleep at all because the bed is rock hard. I love a hard mattress but it felt like sleeping on concrete.

The bed was not really confortable and there was no drinkable water in the room. On my second booking, there was no window to the room, only a holed mosquito net. The problem is that you get awaken each time some people pass by and talk. The first booking, I forgot my charger in the room when leaving. I came back one week after and the staff didn't find it which does not make sens

There were spiderwebs in the room, spiders in the shower, it smelled a little moldy and the bathroom does not aspire to privacy. The wall doesn't go all the way to the ceiling.

The staff was really sweet and helpful, plus the place is close to the beach.

Mattress was very uncomfortable. Curtains didn’t close properly so it wasn’t private. Windows didn’t close properly. Cockroach and lizards in the room. Room could do with improvements and fixing holes.

When I moved in the manager promised me to change my bungalow for the other one, when the guests will leave. But it never happened after people left. Also, those who afraid of dogs I would not recommend to stay there, because there are several dogs who barking at you all the time and run around . They never attacked me but it was uncomfortable. I noticed ants, gecko and leach in my bungalow. For me it was ok, but other people may not like it. Even the beach is close to the property , you still need to cross the stones before you get into the water.

This property is located in the good location, right in front of the beach, food department store and 7/11 is near by, they have a restaurant at the property but I can’t say anything about the food because I were going to eat Thai food in near by restaurant , which had an excellent food and the choices for reasonable price. The bungalow was of the nice size and had a comfortable bed . Room was cleaned at my request right a way. Those who likes to get lessons of May Thai will be very happy since the training center is near by.

So hot! Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend booking the room with just a fan in the summer- it was just unbearable. The fan was on the ceiling and it didn’t even move so I had to sleep with my head half off the bed just so I had some air on my face. I’m sure the place is lovely most of the year, and I had no complaints otherwise, but it’s like sleeping in a sauna so I can’t recommend!
