Only down side is the pool was a little bit noisy due to the hotel is on a heavily traveled road. I just put my head phones and it was nice a cool and relaxing. It's in the shade in the afternoon.

The hotel was super clean and the room very nice and comfortable. It's a very nice small hotel - room and en suite is nice clean and new. Great shower. The owner was very helpful to get transportation and make reservations for us. We also had the coffee and breakfast and it was delicious. The staff did a super job of keeping everything around the hotel clean including the pool area.

Clean Hotel, has a pool which is very very nice on the hot hot days. Breakfast is a-la-carte, including coffee a-la-carte. There are many other options closeby. We typically walked out for breakfast, as there were many street vendors a short walk away at (or near) the market. The room was cleaned daily and was cleaned well. AC worked pretty good. Nice hotel, has an elevator which is good if you have any mobility issues. Rooms are private and tasteful.

Fantastic location within walking distance to major temples and street food. The owner was so helpful and would go above and beyond to make sure that your stay is comfortable. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The owners are really friendly people. The first time we stayed over (because we came back for a second time after visiting Pai) we were really late to check in. But the room was ready and someone was there at night to hand us over the key card. The breakfast was nice and we received a small gifts for our honeymoon! We definitely recommend a stay in this lovely hotel.

The staff was amazing. Extremely gentle and nice. They helped us all the way for all our reservations, taxis and they gave us very good recommendations about all the good things to do in Chiang Mai ( Thai boxing, temples, restaurants). We had a great time and they really helped us to make the best out of it.

Loved staying here. The couple that manage the hotel are so accommodating and lovely, they can’t do enough to help/answer questions. Hotel itself is in a great location on the boarder of the old city which made pick up and drop off very convenient. Beautifully styled, super clean and tidy and very comfortable. A particular call out was the soft jazz playing at breakfast, classy and relaxing vibe.

Not a lot of sun in the pool.

Perfect place to stay in Chiang Mai. Renovated, spacious and comfortable room. Attentions and English speaking staff. Great coffee at the reception. Close to the city gates and easy to walk around the old town.

Could hear construction work from outside in the morning

Stayed here for just the one night before we left Chaing mai. Decor and location of the hotel was excellent and the property was very clean. The gentleman at reception (think he was the owner) was very friendly and I would happily stay again. Also the pillows were very comfortable which is something we have struggled with Thailand

It would be better if there is a hot water kettle for each room and the shower water could be warmer.

Hotel full of charm and good taste. Very cozy and with a beautiful pool. Very clean. The owners are a super friendly and helpful young couple. Well situated. It was a good surprise. It would be nice to have the possibility of breakfast starting a little bit earlier. It would also be nice to have the option of including breakfast in the accommodation price.
