We would come back to our room to a funky smell each day. Not 100% sure what it was from but we believed it to be the aircon. Didn’t bother us too much so wasn’t worth addressing to reception but it could be a pain point for others.

Very good location if you want to be close to Patong beach, main shopping centre and night markets. Their pool access room was also amazing.

amazing and helpful staff, beautiful view and comfortable spacious room. daily housekeeping and plenty of great facilities including sauna, gym & entertainment. efficient shuttle service to patong beach approx every 2 hours for pickup/drop off

Both mornings I had cockroaches in my room. The room service staff messed up our order and gave/charged us for double one our items, which I put down to language barrier and didn’t complain, but our drinks were wrong too, so when I called to let them know, the waitress firmly rebutted that I hadn’t specified what we ordered (so there was no language barrier). Then happy hour was unclear and they became argumentative. In hindsight would have been better to not eat/drink at the hotel and avoid that conflict. Front desk staff lovely and professional though.

The rooms were nice. Spacious. Front desk staff were helpful.

The toilets and showers where old and plumbing spraying everywhere but on you , for an expensive hotel in comparison it was tired

The infinity pool was amazing , however the pool was full of yobs taking there call girl girlfriends for somewhere fancy to sleep together away from Patong beach , they were drunk and foul and the staff didn’t do anything to tell them to calm down or be aware of what they where saying around children ect , in the end it pissed me off so much I told the staff and spoke to the guest myself .. the guy was an Aussie skin head with hitler tattoos so that will give you the idea of person

The room we paid a high price for on the belief we would have privacy this was not the case and diminished our enjoyment of the room. This made me feel we paid too much The fridge was small and not what we would have expected, the lack of cupboards/storage was surprising. The steepness of paths and amount of stairs is not evident on the site and for someone with restricted mobility an issue.

Breakfast variety was excellent, staff were great, clean, well presented. View and pool from our room was great.

It didn’t have easy access to any beaches, was very steep walk going to nearby beaches.

The room was a great size, the bed was huge and very comfortable. The resort was clean and staff very friendly and helpful.

I thought my pool Excess room was not worth the money. To small, and had to much traffic outside my room at early hours of the morning. This room should be more less as I would of preferred staying in far side rooms and more secluded

In the two room villa all is good except the pool entrance is difficult for kids but good for adult one room villa. In one bedroom villa the entrance is easy you can enter from kids or adult.

Property was clean and good, i shared before about my experience with night shift staff. The managers solve the problem for me and changed my two bed room to one room villa, but it was good because for kids to enjoy the privet pool. Thanks to Edson and Luck who looked after our complain.

Our pool access room was directly across from reception which was noisy at times and the music in the foyer starts early. Shower base filled with water and took ages to drain away.

Only critique is the lack of staff in the pool bar. The poor guy got yelled at constantly by other quests trying to order. Staff all disappeared on happy hour then suddenly more appeared after. so many quest were wanting to order food and drinks but lucky to place an order within the hour some days.

Room was fantastic! View is amazing. Multiple stays here now.

The food at the restaurant (breakfast and room service) was not very appealing, it definitely could be improved.

The view from the Pool Villa is great! The room (Panorama Pool Villa) was well maintained and is very spacious. What you see in the pictures is exactly what you get.

We stayed here for 4 nights. The attention of the employees is very good. They are always friendly and ready to help you. We stayed in a sea view room. The size of the room, cleanliness etc. were really good. If possible, leave your air conditioner on all the time because the weather was very hot when we went and it was really difficult to turn on the air conditioner and wait. The location of the hotel is a little far from Patong center and it is not possible to walk towards the hotel because it is hilly. The hotel has a shuttle to Patong Beach at certain hours. You can easily go back and forth with them. Otherwise you can use Bolt/Grab. I can say that the breakfast is generally sufficient. Even if you are not familiar with Asian cuisine, you can find something to satisfy your hunger. The pool and gym are quite sufficient. You can walk to and from the 7-11 within walking distance from the lobby. It's about a 5-minute walk away.

Unfortunately, I saw flies on the sushi at breakfast, it probably came from outside, but it still sucks, the breakfast space is in an open location and birds from outside come to the plates, it would have been better if the room was closed, in addition to making the check, the staff asked us to leave our luggage at the reception and that they bring our luggage to the room and it took time And I went to get the luggage myself

The rooms are clean and tidy, the pool is clean, big and beautiful and the staff is very kind

The breakfast wasnt good and fresh enough,we stayed for a week , the elevator wasnt working in this time, there wasnt any toothbrush and toothpaste in the rooms and the AC didnt work good enough according to the hot and humid weather of phuket

In my opinion, it was a good hotel, but it was on a hill and you can't walk to the city or the beach, you have to take a taxi and the last free service of the hotel is very early.
