The hotel was very comfortable with great staff. Good location with half a dozen quality restaurants in easy walking distance. The family room we booked was described accurately with very comfortable beds - slept really well.

- The pool needs more cleaning. - The walls between rooms are quite thin. We could hear other rooms and the next room might have heard us as well. - Need more staffs during long weekend, especially at the breakfast area. The staffs clearly could not handle with many guests during long weekend.

- Room is spacious and new (family room). We love the bunk bed for our kids. - Breakfast was superb. The variety of breakfast was much more than expectation. Ex. Fish boiled rice with full of pieces of fish, streamed fish, pork stew, pressed juice, sparkling wine. OMG!!! - Staffs were very helpful. They sincerely and quickly responded to our requests.

These were just little things that could do with some attention. The lighting switches are really confusing and resulted in a lot of dark trips to the loo. The sink plug didn't work. Not all numbers on the safe worked. The kettle lid didn't fit so it had to be manually turned off. A few other minor things that just added up. We still loved the place.

Impeccable 5 stars services. All staff were so nice, professional and helpful. Very impressed. Our room came with a beautiful ocean view and it was clean, tastefully decorated. Breakfast was pleniful with free flow bubble and cook to order items. The pool was also a highlight. Very clean with plenty of sunchairs to sit on and relax. Location was just perfect for us as it was safe, far from the city centre's hustle and bustle yet very convenient with all we need. Convenient stores and restaurants were just a short walking distance. Highly recommended. We'll definitely stay again if we return to Pattaya.

The room was awesome. We got a corner suite facing the sea. Everything was nice and comfortable. The staffs were very friendly, understanding, and more than eager to help and do more for us - even something as little as taking a bag of trash that we were carrying from our car from us. My son (2.5yo) loves the pool. Even without the fancy water park features, it was very enjoyable ☺️

The hanger of the wardrobe was hide in the row and hard to place the hanger. The swimming pool has a tiny place hide from the shadow the sunlight.

All of staffs are very kind and have generous sense of taking care. The room is very clean even there are birds outside the balcony. Ala carte breakfast is the outstanding experience in the morning.

The wifi is a bit slow, but at essential moments it was solved by the staff.

Excellent facility at a quiet area. Very very competent and friendly staff and a hotel manager that is on top of all services and sees to it that every guest is having a great time.
