Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

IrelandThe listing said transport from the airport was included but it was not. The property wanted to charge 850 THB for transport. Taking a taxi was cheaper for us. The listing did not say anything about a deposit but the property indicated we had to have 2500 THB in cash as a deposit or they would no let us check in. They charged 7 THB per unit for electricity, which is nearly double what the actual rate is.
The house was beautiful and just as pictured. It was clean and comfortable. Our concierge, Alam was quite helpful and always available to take care of us. We had a great stay and enjoyed the local area. It is walking distance to some great local restaurants and a small grocery store.

AustraliaAlam was AMAZING, a great host who was there whenever we needed him. Made us feel at home and was very helpful. Dalaa wouldn’t be without Alam. It was great having a restaurant on site, food (salad and fries) took nearly an hour but didn’t phase us as understand only one chef, and tasted amazing. The pool was amazing to have, location is about a 10min/15min walk from the beach, but we hired mopeds so a couple mins drive and we were there. The villa was beautifully designed and felt clean.

United Arab Emirateswish the property was serviced daily. we left the please service tag on the door each day but not every day the place was serviced. this becomes problematic when you can’t throw used toilet paper down the toilet. the sings ask to keep the waste in the bins provided. when not emptied daily that’s an issue. also not keen on disposing organic waste like toilet roll in black plastic bags!! this is so environmentally bad! but seems a common practice in Thailand. also, you get an electricity bill at the end of your stay, which we weren’t aware of at the time of booking online.
loved the villa and garden design. great for couples, groups or families. Super responsive and helpful staff.
