The price of electricity is extremely high; however, I am not sure about its average price in Phuket. I agree that charging the electricity is a way to oblige guests to use it carefully, but it should be charged above a defined reasonable consumption, not in full.

It has a quiet location and is not far from the beach. We felt privacy despite the fact that there are other villas in the complex. The decoration and impeccable maintenance of the villa were also impressive.

Air conditioner filters were dirty and needed changing. Whatsapp responses werent always right away but for the most part, it was handy during the stay. The electric bill was pricier than we expected.

Very clean property! staff was very friendly. pool was always super clean and it was a bonus to have a salt water pool. Beds and furniture were comfy. Great to have nice smart tvs in each room. Very private.

The accommodation is very good, the house is large, new and kept in an impeccable state of cleanliness. Without a doubt, the best thing about the stay was the service that Alam offered us, the guy who maintains the villas, he is always attentive to everything, he is super decisive with anything that may arise, and without a doubt a great person and great support during our stay. stay in Phuket. Loved everything

The property offered 3 good size bedrooms each with their own ensuite. Was about a kilometre away from the beach, a 200baht tuk tuk ride. Alam who worked there, was excellent help and would organise anything for us. The beds were comfortable, rain forest showers and the pool was very refreshing. The staff were all lovely. Laundromat, that did your laundry very cheaply was on the way to the beach. Patong beach was a 500 bath ride away. Would stay here again

Beach was a bit of a walk and road dark in the evening, but tuk-tuk was around 300baht and also villa has shuttle available.

We really liked the villa - correct, spacious and clean, beautiful rooms and private garden with pool. The staff was super helpful and reachable any time. We forgot something to the villa and they arranged it to the airport after we left. You can feel that there is european standard and before leaving, we met the owner, very nice german man. We really recommend :) Small stores, cafes and massages were just around the corner.
