I feel the pool area could do with a makeover. Varnish the floor and clean the tiles and fountains. Only very small issues

WiFi was very poor in my room but ok around the pool and reception. Having to constantly log in was a real pain.

Very friendly front of house, good sized room with very comfortable bed. All kept in very good order by housekeeping.Whole hotel had a very friendly atmosphere. Nice clean pool and plenty of loungers.

Excellent location, in a hotel brand i knew and experienced before, having stayed in D Apartment Express 4 years ago. Friendly and helpful staff, both on reception and the cleaning team. Nice spacious room with fridge freezer, kept topped up with free water. Would certainly use this hotel again.

Pool was small but adequate. Perhaps an umbrella or two would make it more comfortable.

Pool decking needs replacing as there are many areas which are broken and dangerous. Also, when I turned on the AC for the first time, loads of black dust poured out and covered the bed and floor. As it was 11pm when I checked in I couldn't get anyone to help give me a brush to clean it up.

WiFi is absolutely shocking In this day and age it should be faster and not limited to only 2 devices. Bed unbelievably hard one solitary pillow for each person.

The Facilities on-site are not good compared to other places I have stayed in Pattaya for a similar price. On the first day, I went up to the swimming pool, however the water was a yellowish-brown colour… so I can only imagine what has happened here. So I did not use the pool on that occasion. The water colour did clear up a few days later. The room itself was impossible to cool down, even though it had A/C. It seemed to me that the A/C was not sufficient for the size of the room and its orientation and it was very difficult to control using the remote. Also, it was impossible to get cold water from the taps in the bathrooms, so if you enjoy brushing your teeth with lukewarm water, then you’ll be fine. The other points that let this room down was the lighting, which was very dim and with the dark blue painted wall, it made to room very gloomy. Also, the bed mattress was very hard, as a result I found it very difficult to sleep on, which together with the ineffective A/C gave me several sleepless nights. On the topic of cleanliness, the apartment cleaning was very good, however this was let down by an incident where I was accused of getting the sheets dirty with blood stains. One evening, I was shown pictures of a sheet and mattress protector with blood stains on it by the staff at the reception. However, it was impossible to tell if this photo had been taken in my room, because the photo was just of the sheets. The hotel staff wanted me to accept responsibility and pay 2800 baht for the replacement of the sheet & mattress protector. However, when I asked to see the sheet & mattress protector with the stains on them, they could not provide them. At a later date, they even tried to claim that a small urine stain on the mattress protector was blood. So I never physically saw any blood stained sheet or mattress protector.

The only thing that I liked about this property was the location.
