Lack of indoor restaurant in the current heatwave, so too hot to take meals at the resort. Very few people around, so lacked soul. It may have been the heat.

Beautiful grounds and layout. Great location for Khao Yai southern entrance. Good value.

Placed order of food wasn't what I wanted They changed entery cards without us knowing, when attempting to enter out room we were locked out Placed plates outside our room to be picked up with food and it's was taken for 2 days Last day we stayed they didn't have that much breakfast option that they had the previous days

A little bit rundown, but all the important things are in good shape. Nothing was broken in our room.

Very spacious, green and well-thought hotel premises. It is a very nice and quiet place to stay. Jacuzzi was amazing. Staff were actually nice and helpful for us despite what other reviews are saying.

Everything was good about my stay with 1 exception, the air con in the room was incredibly noisy, making sleep difficult.

For us it was great, but it’s worth mentioning there are areas that are not yet reopened, so if you’re looking at older photos of the resort, check before booking. we loved exploring the older, overgrown parts, but it’s not for everyone

The location is amazing and the staff were equally brilliant. we stayed during the soft launch after the resort had been closed for sometime, but the rooms are great and the pool is amazing. we were the only people staying at the resort, which made it super special for us.

October 21, 2023 8:30 p.m. My wife went to the toilet next to the lobby. Someone tried to push the toilet door. When my wife pushed back, that one still tried to push in. (The reason why my wife didn't lock the door was because she had a congenital disease. Risk of fainting ) thus my wife screamed loudly. Staff at the lobby later reported that he had heard screaming. But he didn't go to check because he was busy with customers at lobby. So my wife had to call me to the toilet. When I walked into the lobby, there were no customers. But the officials still haven't come to look at the toilet. Fortunately, the pusher was a female customer. So there was no escalation. May I blame the officials. If you hear screaming, you should hurry and come see. even you are busy with other customers When you're free, you should come quickly.

Speechless with food order was changed without telling guest first that it was run out of stock and if we would like to cancel or order sth else to replace. We ordered fried chicken wings with ginger but got 5 fried chicken drumsticks without them telling anything. When asked, They said sorry and told they had many orders and if we would like to cancel. We have no other choice but take that as we waited for too long. Another order also looked different from expected.

The room was dirty Jacuzzi didn’t work not 2 Double beds as advertised, but 2 smaller beds staff didn’t speak English no warm welcome

Bamboo bar was just across the road with great food & drinks.

Food isn’t good not suit the price. Set menu for breakfast and order second hot drink for 2-3 but didn’t get it. Room not clean both inside & outside at the corridor. Floor under the bed is really dirty when I move the bed together to sleep with my kid Staffs are ok but not that good.

below expectation, no more beautiful flower gallery as tourist attraction. It’s all gone. Not kid friendly at all no chair for kids at the restaurant. Breakfast was served in set menu, which not worth the money and no variety of food compare to other hotel that same price range and serve set menu for breakfast. Ask for baby crib (don’t have) ask for 4 extra pillow got 2 only. it is not the place for family with kids.
