Incredibly friendly couple who run it and were so helpful. Although breakfast is not officially included, there was coffee and tea, toast and jam available in the morning. Nice views over the river. Walking distance to restaurants. Was a good place to stay for one night.

Purely to fill this box - the tv was obsolete to a westerner due to the local only channels… otherwise, this hotel was simply perfect and served the exact purpose we needed.

Perfect location for our slow boat trip to Laos I’m the following day. The real charm to the place was credit to Yao - the lady who looked after us. We left very early in the morning and she was happy to accommodate a delicous morning spread for us before we left.

All rooms have a view of the Mekong River. Very friendly owners and staff. When we were driving to Chiang Mai the hotel phoned to say that my friend had left his medicine in the fridge. He received it by post the next day, at no cost.

Run by really nice husband and wife. Very helpful, assisted with booking slow boats and transportation across the border to Laos. Tea and coffees complimentary in the mornings. Lovely view of the Mekong river. Perfect for a layover when crossing the border.

View= perfect. Room large and comfortable coffee fruit and toast , if you want more there are plenty of options a very short distance away. Owners and staff were very accommodating and very nice. Price was also great

Fantastic location above the River Mekong with sweeping views from all rooms. Kai and Yao are really friendly and helpful (both speak fluent English). Very good value.

Bed was a little hard ....everything was fine though and those views of the river more than make up for it.

Great views of the River from the balcony. Owner provided complimentary toast and coffee in the morning before we headed off for the boat. Owner speaks good English and is happy to chat - very nice guy.

The Hotel owners are also the managers. Super nice people, very good english, a wealth of local knowledge. All the rooms have the same fabulous view of the Mekong River. Chilling on the balcony, watching the river traffic and sipping a cold Chang or a hot coffee in the morning is what is sooo great. Very short walk to the best restaurant tin town.

Everything was great.

The owners were lovely people and very helpful in directing me to a goid restaurant and called a tuktuk for me to get to the bus station. I was given an upgraded room, which was very nice and had a balcony with a view of the Mekong. It was such a nice respite from the 2 day slow boat ride trip that I had just completed. There's a 7/11 where you can get a sim card or recharge your True phone service. There's an atm, just a few doors down from the 7/11. I found a good little restaurant between the hotel and the 7/11 that was very reasonable and also made me a takeaway meal for the next days trip. The owners really show true hospitality and grace, which is welcome after a long journey. Btw, travelers will appreciate Kai's great English skills. He studied in Vermont in the US! Thank you!

Only stayed one night before getting the slow boat to Laos. This hotel was lovely the room was huge. The staff mad the hotel 10/10 they were so helpful and kind and helped us with all the visa forms for Laos. Couldn’t recommend this hotel anymore.

We only stayed one night, before taking the slow boat to Luang prabang, but the hotel was perfect for a one night stay. The owners were very helpful in making sure everything was organised for our trip. The rooms all have great views of the Mekong.

Everything was great , but bed was a little firm for me , but this is normal for Asia I’m finding , pillow was nice and squidgy

Amazing location , super helpful and lovely hosts , they gave us paper work for Laos border and explained the process , organised a tuc tuc , complementary breakfast , very clean and the view over the river was wonderful
