The only down side, although location good it is on a busy road, leading up to a junction, it would be better to ask for a room at the back.

The location for getting out and about was very good. Lots of Tuktuk and cabs around. Seven 11 5mins walk, even a Starbucks!!, only went in for the AC! The hotel is in the old part of Chiang mai, charming. The hotel was clean, my room on the 8th was very good, there is a pool on the 4th, very welcome as the temp were 🔥. The staff were pleasant and helpful and were happy to talk, they were English spoken too. Breakfast at 100bh was ok, and offered a selection. Again staff lovely. All in all, I enjoyed my stay . Oh, another plus, the bedding and towels were changed every day!!

The staff were so friendly and accommodating, the beds are comfy and my room had a large hd flat screen tv with options for netflix and amazon prime. The location is very convenient, as it is right next to the old city square.

Room I ordered was on the first floor, right near the reception. So all morning chores like cleaner work, other sounds were perfectly audible in my room. Oh, it was without the windows.

Not expensive. I was after long road on the bike, so as a corner to sleep it was passable.

A bit outdated hotel, no hot water in the shower, we asked to be fixed but nothing happened. Very busy street in front of the hotel, almost impossible to cross to get to the old city part. Green pool full of alge, small gym but ok for a quick workout.

Good value for the money, ok location just outside the old city, close to 7-eleven and clothes washing facilities. Ok breakfast, not many options.

Pool was ice cold, smoke smell from people smoking by pool would get sucked into our extractor fan so the room would smell sometimes, location is fine but most activities / things to see are on the other side of Chiang mai. Shower room small and room a bit dated. Only took 10-15 mins to get to there by taxi / tuktuk so was fine.

The hotel staff were great, bed super comfy and TV very impressive. We had a pleasant stay at Hotel De Khuvieng, we’ve stayed in nicer and we’ve stayed in worse.

We had an issue with our room card, in the last day we couldn’t get in, even went to the reception to solve the issue, but nothing changed, after that the other guy from staff changed room cards and came upstairs with us, then everything was fine. And some brown liquid was coming from the roof over the sink, till this day don’t know what it was and better not to. Shower could have been better, there was some issue with water pressure.

Amazing location, near the centre, good tv, nice small pool, and huge bonus was the fact that there’s a refrigerator in the room.

It needed some TLC. Did not look quite like the photos online. We started with 2 hand towels and 2 bath towels, no washcloths. But every day after the room was cleaned we only would get the bath towels back and had to go ask for hand towels. The bath towels were not good, dingy, did not dry you well it was almost like a car chamois. A couple light fixtures just hanging by the wire. The pictures in the elevator of the property showed you rooms in the building. They have beautiful drinks, and none of that was anywhere in the hotel.

The hotel is in a good location just outside the old town. Our rooms were large and comfortable and had everything we needed. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The view from the top of the building is fantastic. There were some problems with the hot water in the shower, but the staff sorted it out very quickly. This hotel is great value for money!

There is an excellent safe in the room but it is not fixed down

The staff were very friendly and helpful. When we first arrived a light bulb wasn't working and this was put right in about 10 mins. When my husband injured his wrist they got some ice for us. The rooftop outside seating at breakfast is great.
