We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Everything about the hotel is lovely. Staff are so helpful and friendly. Beds are comfortable and rooms are great too. The only problem is the lack of lying down sunbeds outside and umbrellas. There are only 3 beds and 2 umbrellas. Other seating available but not comfortable. Lovely pool.

Second year we have stayed at the De Ladda. Fabulous hotel and staff. Food good. All rooms have a balcony overlooking the Mekong river. Rooms are extremely comfortable. Can't fault anything. We booked a week here then extended it for a couple of nights and now extended for another 10 nights!

United KingdomA fantastic hotel. Modern with good facilities, great rooms and fantastic views of the Mekong. At the same time maintains a lovely character which feels very fitting for its Mekong/Indochina location. My favourite accommodation so far on this trip - I wish I had stayed for more than 1 night. If you do stay - I recommend visiting the fantastic Phu Manorom. The temple has now been constructed and is lovely - as are the views. The hotel can arrange a samlor or taxi (which you can ask to bring you back too).
