Would love to have plant milk options in Thailand hotels (as in this one) for breakfast. But they offered vegetarian options for breakfast and cared a lot!!

Room is standard size, but everything is being taken care of. Not a very elaborate breakfast buffet, but there is choice for different aspects (bread, fruit, coffee/tea, warm dishes,...) and eggs are being prepared as per how I expressed.

Welcoming and pretty hotel, with relaxing swimming pool, quietly located, although just 100m from BigC and less than 1km from the beach.

The location is found in a quite area but still near to the main attractions. You can easily walk to the beach or any mall nearby as well as the walking streets. It is ideal if you want to spend the day outside and come back to relax and sleep without being disturb by the night life. The room itself was comfortable and clean. With alll staff being adorable and helpful.

The fridges in the room don’t work as good as a normal fridge.

Ladies at the reception desk are THE BEST!!! Customer service was impeccable. The hotel is small and cozy - the vibe we were looking for. Swimming pool really secluded, the design is cute and gives out a beach/spa vibe. The owners care about the environment which is refreshing. I would 100% stay here again.

We couldn't fault anything. The only extra facility we would, if possible, like to see is an evening meal option but, in all honesty, we would probably only have taken advantage of it on a few occasions - after particularly tiring days - since the area abounds in restaurants, bars, food halls and street food vendors suiting all budgets and tastes.

The staff couldn't do enough for us. We stayed for a month and were treated like royalty from start to finish. Nothing was too much for anyone, be it front of house, waitresses, kitchen staff, housekeeping or engineering. Breakfast was excellent and plentiful, with options for both Western and Thai guests and catering for the full range from carnivores to vegans. We were given a lovely, comfortable room with views over the city and an efficient air conditioning system, which was most welcome as temperatures were in the mid-thirties much of the time.

The pool furniture was comfortable but a little neglected.

The hotel was in a quiet location but close to a main road where you could pick up a bus to the seafront. The hotel room was very clean and the bed linen was lovely. The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was very good, a good choice of main dishes and a varied buffet.

I recently stayed at DeeProm Pattaya Hotel and it was an absolute hidden gem! The hotel was impeccably clean and the staff were incredibly caring and friendly. I was truly impressed by the level of care they showed me throughout my stay. I can’t wait to come back on my next trip. The only thing I could pick up on was the swimming pool looses the sun about 2pm , oh need a better toaster at breakfast preferably a pop up one 😁

Every staff member here is so lovely. They were so genuine and amicable. The fridge wasn't cold enough for my medication so they went out of their way to make sure to replace ice in a cooler every day for me. The location is away from the loud mainstreams, but close enough to everything. Clean linens and bathroom, nice work space downstairs.
