Restaurant is a bit overpriced for the quality, we had the breakfast only once, and dine twice at the restaurant.

Room was a little bit dark with no real view. Hotel was situated at the end of a road which seemed a bit tucked away. The road itself that you had to walk down to get to the beach was not the nicest with broken pavements and lots of discarded rubbish but overall this is not the fault of the hotel and it did not in anyway spoil the holiday.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Pool area was nice. Breakfast buffet was excellent.

A bit noisy next to the pool, especially when people used the closed bar area after 10pm with their own drinks.

Very nice resort. The room was very clean and fairly spacious. The bed was comfy and very big. I would suggest to upgrade when booking a room in the resort part of Deevana, as no window in the standard room and no real door between bedroom and bathroom/toilet. Nice pool area and great breakfast choice. Would stay again.

Wi-Fi was intermittent depending on where you were in the resort and you needed a different password if in the main reception area. The room was a bit of a hike, especially with luggage.

Location of the property was good for exploring the area.

The rooms were a little small and the hotel doesn’t make any exceptions for late checkout despite asking in advance and vegetarian breakfast options are limited.

I think there is nothing I didn't like.

Room was spacious and clean. It had really nice balcony and the view to swimming pool. Breakfast were various so I think everyone can find something for themselves. There were 4-6 coffee machines as well so the line was not long to wait.

No air conditioning in the restaurant gets to hot and a lot of Indian people making loud noise, they don’t know how to behave.

Good location 5 min walk from Main Street, super comfy bed, beautiful bungalows and swimming pools with bar , great resort.

Due to post covid issues, breakfast is in the Plaza (the Krabi Resort restaurant is closed) so the breakfast is very crowded.

This was our third time at Deevana (first two at Deevana Plaza). Krabi Resort is much quieter than the Plaza, which has many very loud Indian guests. Unfortunately covid has left its footprint here, many repairs will be needed. But the staff could not have done more to make us forget it, and made us having an amazing time in Thailand. So I hope that as many guests as possible will arrive so they can recover as soon as possible.

breakfast is very expensive for what it offers, not a lot of fruit or cereal, quite a walk to the beach, but they offer a free shuttle 4 times a day

the beds are really hard, we’ve slept in many hotels in Thailand but we both got a sore back. the AC makes so much noice it sounded like there is constant wind Inside the room. you need a bike to get to the busy places

Shower needs to be cleaned a little better. Portion of the swimming pool was out of order for our entire stay.

Really nice room and comfortable bed. Breakfast was delicious and plenty of variety. The room service was also really good, fresh and still hot when it arrived. Short walk to restaurants and a quiet market with good food.

the standard room with “the garden view” doesn’t have a real window - only a narrow glazing next to the door that in our case looked into a wall. after complaining at the reception we did receive an upgrade, which is nice. the standard room though is overpriced in my opinion for what it offers. oh and the ac smelled damp in there. the staff beside one non-Thai lady at the reception wasn’t really helpful either

The only bad thing was the shower pressure - the water just trickled out and wasn’t very hot.

We loved our stay at the hotel and we were very sad to leave. The room was comfortable, modern, clean and had brilliant air con. The staff were helpful and brought us more towels when we needed them, the location is just a short walk to the main bars/shops/restaurants.

The staff was very nice and helpful, we were upgraded for our first stay. The rooms are very beautiful and the free shuttle to the beach is really convenient. Our daughter liked the kids club.

No privacy Room really small and very dark no natural light No space for clothes, no drawers so no good for more than a few night stay with no luggage. Rooms not cleaned until after 4pm despite being next to the housekeeping area where staff spent lots of time on their phones. Breakfast was very poor you were ok if you like eggs. This hotel is also used for school excursions so often full of children. Area leading to the hotel dark and dirty

Nice having a pool outside your room however little privacy so no really point in outside bath tub as everyone could see you using it. Reception staff were helpful

We had the ground floor room of a two story building that surround the pool. It just felt a bit like a cave and damp. Because of the over hanging roof, not much natural light gets in to the room. Also, the door had a big gap underneath allowing mosquitos in. I would request a second floor room.

The pool is tucked away, nice and quiet - There's a chilled atmosphere. The resort itself is just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the main strip. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Bed was comfy and the room was quiet. The staff even gave a us a free lift to our next hotel which was very kind! A 711 and plenty restaurants are just down the road.
