The only thing I could fault was that the aircon had a bit of a musty smell, so I didn't want to use it a lot.

Our room had direct access to the pool, which was why I chose this place and of course ended up being the best part!

the Pool bar service was not great we waited so long to get drinks and order food every day we ordered

Very nice breakfast one of the best we have had in patong. Pools are fantastic and nice to spend the day cooling off. We had a normal room with city view, nice spacious room and clean

A lot of noise at night but the staff were very polite and changed our room to more quiet part of the hotel.

Location is good, close to everything but far enough from the action at Bangla. Friendly staff. Early breakfast. Good value for money.

The shower had mould in it and the water went really really hot every 30 seconds to 1 minute and it burns

The breakfast was extremely unfriendly and terrible. The staff seemed to switch off 20 minutes before closing time. Eggs and tea were not available. I mean really?? Very little fruit was left and no replenishment. Had to find our own cutlery and serviettes too. Not good for the price paid. Left disappointed.

The hotel itself was superb, with efficient reception staff. Our room was rather dated and could do with an upgrade. Our bathroom was also a tad grubby. Pool area was good.

The service in and around the pool is very hit or miss. The pool lost the Sun around 4 every day which was annoying, we were here in April so that may not be the case in other months . Outside rooms are very noisy so definitely recommend pool view rooms . Air conditioning was average , cooling but not cold .

Good size rooms . Friendly staff, Well priced bar menu ( context of any ok/decent hotel ) Booked well in advance and got it at an exceptionally good price .

Tv signal intermittent but not a big deal. Decor is a little dated but it was clean.

Lovely staff. Great buffet breakfasts with huge variety. (Two for one) Happy hour cocktails 4-7pm. Lovely pool. Comfy bed, soft sheets. Beach towels and basket supplied. Air conditioner in bedroom was so good for sleeping. Walking distance to loads of shops, bars, restaurants and beach.

We booked for family of 3 and the room had 2 king singles which was rather uncomfortable. I wasn't aware of this when we booked. Our room also overlooked large multiple cabana bars which were noisy at night. Deck chairs were being reserved even though signs say not to, by the end of our stay we just removed towels from unused sun-loungers to sit and had a man yelling at us an hour later about removing his towels.

Fantastic pool! Buffet was the best we've ever had. Room was clean. Great location - super cheap supermarket right next door, food market fairly close, everything you want or need within walking distance.

Lovely rooms, we were upgraded to a pool view which was lovely! Breakfast had lots of variety, the egg station was great to get a fresh omelette every morning. Staff were super friendly and the location was about a 10 min walk from the beach, 7/11 really close and easy to get taxis or tuktuks from outside.

Perfect location! Beach, Food Market, Shopping center, LOTS of restaurants are within walking distance. The pool area is beautiful.

The room did not have sufficient lighting and was very dark at night. When the AC is on, there is a potent smell of mold. The filters and the AC ducts should be checked ASAP.

We enjoyed the pool with the swim up bar, the staff were helpful, and the breakfast buffet was the best. The room was quite spacious and we enjoyed the balcony. The location is OK and it's not noisy at night.

TV shows were limited. It would be better with streaming options like Chromecast. But a minor thing only.

The room cleaner did no more than quickly throw the bedding on and leave water and towels. Didn’t appear to do much in the way of cleaning

Central for beach and nightlife. The pool was lovely but could have been more loungers around the pool. Quick service at check in and issues with room sorted quickly
