We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomOur room faced over towards the food court/beer garden and they held live music sessions on Friday nights - these don't finish until 11.30pm so it was a problem for our child to get to sleep.
Great location near the Mall and a fantastic local open air food court and beer garden.

United KingdomHotel was good but be aware that twice a week they hold a massive concert right behind the hotel til midnight. My room and bed was literally shaking from the noise and bass. Staff didn’t warn about this and didn’t care.
Staff were great most of the time . So friendly. Room was good for the price. Just next to the mall.

We can also walk behind The Mall Korat store. very convenient. It's a little outside the center of Korat, so you won't encounter traffic jams in the morning and evening. Staff at the breakfast venue are very friendly.
