We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

VietnamThe staff is ready to reply your message in working hour but unfortunately they don't work 24/24. After that, you're not able to contact them in urgent case. When I came to the building late at midnight due to my flight, I couldn't find elevator to my room. There was a security guy of the building, who couldn't speak English but was extremely eager to help me contact the host. Though there was no answer at that time, I finally found my room after 30 mins with the security's help.
Location is near Impact Arena. It takes you a few minutes with low price to go there by Grab/Bolt bike. The room is inside old condo but it's well-furnished, and spacious. You can stay there comfortably with a group of 2-3 persons. The staff is helpful. They give you instruction how to enter the room before you come

Perfect stay for those who have concert there as it near with Impact Arena and Thunder Dome stadium. Also 10mins walk to Cosmo Bazaar using the skybridge. DMK International Airport also 20mins from there.

CanadaBuilding itself if quite warn down, but apartment is nicely renovated/managed. Overall clean, but saw quite a few baby cockroaches come out at night. Had an overall good stay but was very disappointed when I tried to use the code given to unlock the door at 11:56am and grab my bag to leave/check out as the code wouldn't work. I tried quite a few times incase I was making a mistake. I messaged managment/owner at 12:00pm exactly to let them know I had been trying to get in with no luck. They read the message and then waited 15 minutes to tell me that after 12pm the code changes and that they charge 100baht for late checkout. I do not recall seeing anything on booking.com about this, nor was it listed on the laminated page of additional charges they had left in the room. Apparently they have set charges for everything from broken cups to stains on sheets. As I mentioned, this sheet of extra charges said nothing about 'late checkout' or the code to stop working.... Overall I felt annoyed as I had no option but to pay the 100 baht in order to get my belonging out of the room. It felt as if they were holding my baggage hostage despite the fact that I arrived before 12pm. I did not feel in the position to argue as my passport etc... was inside the room.
Great location if you are attending an event at Impact Arena! Room was well kept/renovated.
