I booked the glass pool suites. It is really impressive that the hotel even provided the hair strengthening which I forgot to bring! The room is so nice and the breakfast is awesome! Customer service also great! I enjoy my stay here very much!

This was truly one of the most serenely beautiful hotels I’ve ever stayed in. And I’ve travelled a lot. The staff couldn’t have done more for us. Every detail was covered. From the welcome drinks & refreshing cold towels at check in, to the bubbles left for us in our room, to the afternoon tea and then the farewell goodie bag. Truly spectacular. Thank you. A fabulous stay and one we’ll never forgot.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel. Attention to detail was second to none. Bottle of fizzy on arrival, turn down service at night, flowers and fruit in room. Room with outdoor bath was amazing, comfortable bed. Breakfast fresh and tasty. Staff so pleasant and courteous. Location perfect, in the Old Quarter.

Breakfast was outstanding a very big variety to cater to all tastes. Presentation of food on plates is reminiscent of a Michelin star restaurant’s both taste and dining style. Location is excellent and ideal.

it was amazing so many thoughtful touches in our room- even had hair straighteners- never had that before. everywhere in the hotel was calm and tranquil. All the staff were helpful and friendly. Afternoon tea was an unexpected addition too.

All the staff were exceptionaly helpful and friendly. Spotlessly clean place. Lovely pool. Excellent restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Their chef is a genius. Free afternoon tea with wonderful cakes and smoothies etc. We had dinner here 3 times in our 1 week stay. Perfect place all round.

The walls of our room were pretty soundproof but we found that the outside windows were a bit thin, we could hear pigeons pretty loudly outside in the morning (not a huge deal, and out of the hotel control). However, the hotel does provide ear plugs next to the bed if needed for light sleepers!

Absolutely loved this hotel. Beautiful, clean, and incredible breakfast and afternoon tea. Also, very walkable to many amazing spots in the Old City. An amazing place to spend a few days of our honeymoon - the staff even decorated the room for us in celebration ❤️

We normally don’t rave about properties, but this gem has among the friendliest staff we have encountered anywhere in the world. The room was beyond luxurious with its own balcony, pool, shower, and bathtub for two. The linen was to die for, the Thai decorations magnificent, and amenities generous. Breakfast was wondeful and afternoon tea delightful. A perfect experience as well as truly Instagramable!

The shared pool only has about 6 chairs, and other guests where inconsiderate enough to leave their things on the chairs when they weren't at the pool, so I was never able to find a spot to sit and relax as I had hoped.

Breakfast is nice, a three course menu rather than a buffet. I didn't make it to the afternoon tea but imagine that's similarly nice. Bed was super comfy, room was beautiful. I did one of the rooms with the balcony tubs (1st & 4th floor have private pools, 2nd & 3rd floor have balcony tubs) and it was really nice. There's an elevator. I didn't end up using the tub because Thailand has a lot of mosquitoes, but they provided plenty of towels, slippers, robes, bath foam, everything you could want. Nightly turn down service and sweets. Sweet and helpful staff who speak good English.

This hotel and its team redefine hospitality. We had a great pleasure from the moment they picked us up at the airport until the moment we checked out. The hotel grounds and the overall atmosphere are just beautiful. We stayed at the glass pool suite and the room was perfect, spacious, bright and full with amenities. The minibar is being refilled for free. The breakfast and the complimentary afternoon tea were delicious, and such a unique perk. Thanks for the entire team for such a memorable stay!

The entire staff were so kind and accommodating. it was such a peaceful and serene setting yet so close to everything in old town. we found the bed to be very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and you must try the afternoon tea! First class service all the way!

We stayed here with our 2 children, but didn't realize it wouldn't be a super family friendly hotel. Our white American kids had trouble finding things to eat from the breakfast menu (nothing like a trip to another country to help you realize just how picky your kids are!!) There were no other children that we saw staying here, so I wouldn't recommend it for a family. But it was absolutely magical for a couple!!

This hotel is a beautiful refuge inside the bustling city of Chiang Mai. The rooms are cozy and well appointed. The staff is absolutely wonderful - friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were some of the best meals my husband and I had on our whole trip. We felt safe and well cared for the entire time we stayed there.

everything; literally everything. The staff is beyond helpful and caring, the hotel is one of the most beautiful hotels we have ever seen. In the future for other hotels; it will be hard to satisfy us after staying here :)) spoiled everyday with complimentary afternoon teas, the delicious food they serve, the gifts, cleanest rooms and pools… they even provide hair straighteners for ladies I mean how more thoughtful can they be? I know price is higher than average chiang mai hotels but worth it.. totally worth it.
