Just about everything, David was a wonderful host full of handy information regarding Pattaya. Mew was excellent with her promptness in responding to our delay in arriving late at night to the property and instructions on what to do. It was an easy check in. The location was fantastic & the staff warm & friendly. Best way to get around if you’re able to is on a motorcycle. The local transportation around was easy.

Perfect location in the heart of the entertainment but set within its own grounds with security that gives it a feeling of privacy. Well equipped rooms with Wi-Fi, large TV with plenty of channels, kettle, fridge, microwave, utensils etc to allow you to be totally self sufficient with a 7/11 at the complex entrance. If you can’t be bothered, there’s an on site restaurant as well. Rooms cleaned daily including bedding and towels. Decent gym on site and access to two pools with sufficient sun beds. Very friendly and helpful owners/staff.

It was difficult to keep the plug in the sink to stay up to let out the water.

It was easy to open the doors (2 locks) The safe didn't have instuctions on how to use it but the mananger showed me. The shower warmed up quickly. The settee was comfy and the room was big enough for 2 people. There was a small desk with a sliding chair. The facilities were in the room for self catering. The late cleaning of the rooms was ideal if you are a late riser in the morning. There is a restaurant at reception with a great choice of food and drinks.

Very nice appartement complex in the center of Pattaya. Everything very clean with 2 nice swimming pools, and a small restaurant with good food and cold drinks. The staff as well as the owner do everything to make your stay a success. Very helpful and friendly people! They have many guests that return on a regular basis.

nothing , it would be nice if there were lifts. Otherwise nothing except perhaps supplying a bottle of water a day to the room fridges?

i tended to have bfasts at a place nearby which does a cereals combination i like, however the meals and snacks i had at the cafe near the pool were good and a mushroom soup i had there was terrific, the pools were clean and pleasant to swim in, perhaps there could be a few more sun beds and brollys but there is only so much room around the pools, staff were courteous and friendly and it was a pleasure meeting the owner, David and the manager Tata forgot to mention, the Oasis is incredibly well placed/location for going to the local entertainments, also just hop on a baht bus (songthaw) to go around to the bottom of south rd , then just a short walk to the beach or catch another bus to Jomtien. Local 7/11 is seconds away as are numerous places to eat and drink. Best of all despite being so close to the action its so quiet so no problem sleeping. For golfers there are expat golf bars within two minutes walk where you can sign up to play. Just walk down nearby sois to 2nd road to catch baht bus to go to Terminal 21, central festival or onward t o Nakula. well recommended to say the least!

Wifi was under repair... Not a problem, because we bought a package of high speed mobile data at the airport upon arrival...

The rooms are very handy and surprisingly quiet to be located so close to the markets and night life of Pattaya ... Nice pool area and restaurant.

You have to be here.... Beautiful, well kept apartment complex. In the middle of the hustle and bustle (Soi Bukhao), but nice and quiet at night. I don´t have to say anything more.. The best recommendation: I have already booked again..
