Food and drink options were great. We loved the breakfast egg options, the fresh juices and the fresh fruit. The gym was great too.

- there’s smell in the bathroom - location is not very close to the beach and attractions.

There was an area being renovated which caused a bit of noise during the day. This had no effect on our enjoyment of this beautiful resort

The grounds are beautiful, the suites are spacious with a great view. The breakfast has lots of options for food and drinks. The happy hour at the bar offers great value, and the menu at the restaurant was very good. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, we slept like babies.

The staff are excellent especially Ms Chuthamat Phetkhong and her team from the restaurant. Always spot on for her recommendations for meals every night. Overall staff service excellent and attentive.

We booked the hotel taxi to get to the port. The taxi was old and tired and the driving was erratic. I appreciate that the hotel cannot run its own cars and drivers but when badging this as the ‘Hotel taxi’ it should meet a minimum standard. The only thing that let made the stay less than perfect.

A great looking hotel with a wow factor. Its is something different and the rooms are spacious and well laid out.

We booked the suite and a villa on the last night both were fantastic and spacious Staff were all so kind and looked after us like royalty Food was excellent Location, 10mins to Bangla Rd and 15mins to the beach Duty manager Audy took out time ensure we the best possible stay, coming back next year 100%

The main pool being a little too public and viewable to everyone made it to where I didn’t want to swim in it, the giant rock feature in the villa bathroom was aesthetically pleasing but did not and really does not and can not serve any real purpose. The elevator to the top villas is was too slow and there were some trees that blocked the view of the sea from my “sea view villa”.

Amazing aesthetic, very calming serene and peaceful. The villas and the walkways around them were beautiful.

Staff didn’t really know what they was doing around pool or restaurant. Very unprofessional. Also very loud at pool due to building work. Staff didn’t really do anything and had to be called for simple things such as towels.

During the spa experience, the billing and the calculation is all done on paper and it takes a bit of time. We feel it should be digital, and should be done after the treatment.

Decor, room, location, staff, facilities, food, it was all top notch! Staff were so welcoming and helpful. We got one of the villas with private pool on the 4th floor, the view was amazing, enough privacy, the whole experience was amazing! We had an issue with some construction noise and the staff immediately offered us free massage session and a dinner to make it up for us. They were lovely, and so professional. If we come back to Phuket, we know where we are staying!!!
