It’s far from everywhere. They have a free shuttle bus to AirPort almost every hour, so it’s good for a period of relax between long flight, not good for Bangkok attractions, too far.

Good and quiet resort, with beautiful swimming pool and other facilities. Very very good spa and foot massage service, with very well trained staff (but more expensive than town). Room very comfortable for the price, with good bed, good Wi-Fi and a boiler with complimentary coffee and tea.

Check out was chaos, even at 7am and aircon in room wasn’t great, all the cold air collected in the bathroom

This was an airport stop over so was not expecting the facilities this hotel had. We eat in the restaurant which was nice. Shuttle bus was very efficient back to airport

The pool toilets were disgusting and clearly not cleaned regularly. They were so smelly they are unuseable. The air con was not on in our room when we arrived and it was 40 degrees and unbearable. In other hotels we have visited the rooms have been cooled prior to arriving. Both restaurants were formal and the vibe wasn’t really us. It would have been nice to have somewhere more relaxed to hang out and have a drink other than the pool. A more relaxed vibe would probably encourage better patronage too as both were very quiet with no atmosphere.

Lovely pool for both kids and adults to enjoy with lots of shallow areas, steps and other features. The staff were very accomodating.

It took one hour to get to the hotel from BKK airport, in the traffic. Beware!!

The shuttle service was not available at suitable times for both pick up and drop off.I had a 10:30am flight and the service was 7:30am (too early) or 9:00am (too late)..both pick up time and drop off times too far apart. The breakfast choice of bread did not include any wholemeal options and was pretty basic for westerners.

The location was close enough to the airport but set quite far back from the main road.The staff service was very good with buggy transport to your room amongst a very large complex.The rooms were modern,comfortable,clean and spacious.The bathroom large and clean. The food at the restaurant was top quality Thai food.

Make sure that you get 2 cards for your room, as 100% 1 card will not work. The rooms are a bit dated, but the bathroom is very nice and new. It is a very large hotel with many buildings and caters to the Chinese expats, but they have their own restaurant.

The pool is very very big, spectacular and very clean. For the breakfast you have to walk only 2 minutes to a thaistyle beautiful restaurant with remarkable decorations. The breakfast was the best of all the years traveling to Thailand. You have all you can imagine ready for you. Just for the breakfast, it is worth booking this hotel.

They had a very loud party going on until 11:00 pm that night and we had a 4:30 wake up the next morning. Our room faced the pool area where the party was taking place. If we had know we would have asked for a room away from the pool.

Could do with new seals in the shower just to update Curtains didn't meet, so it could be better The odd pool tile needs fixing But I am being picky here !

Transfer! On the airport it was chaos and we never found the hotelvan. We took a taxi.
