Unfortunately the pool required emptying and cleaning during our stay. We were given an extra night free of charge so that we could have a swim before we left the location, which made us feel a lot better. No massages on the property- photos are misleading. There was a wedding happening next to the restaurant the night we arrived, was no bother as the property is so large, but would have been nice for the staff to have communicated this to us. Also a loose nail on an outdoor chair ripped a hole in a couple pants!

Breathtaking property and gardens. Staff took great care in landscaping and cleaning of the property. We could hire motorbike at the property and restaurant open until 10pm. Staff were all very helpful and kind.

I booked the location for the pool, spa, and nature aspect. However, that didn't happen. The pool was out of service. It was fixed on the last night that we were there. They advertise spa services, but that was also not available. They offered to call a lady from the city but she was going to charge us more. They could not honor the price that was advertised at the resort. Our 1st room was infestation with ants. Then they moved us to a different room. They ants were not as bad in the new room.

Beautiful location. The staff was great and friendly. Not too far from the temple. Peaceful and quiet. Liked the nature view.

The clean of the hotel is the problem that should be focused urgently. We found the bed sheet with some stain and the bottom of shower curtain was so dirty. Moreover, the outside area to the restaurant need more paying attention as there were many leaves on the pathway and in the pond.

Actually we really like the design of the hotel. The lobby, the garden and the room are very nice.All staff we found upon checking in and at the restaurant are very polite and friendly.

Room did not resemble photos on the website. When I was staying there, all resources and staff seemmingly focused on serving group booking rather than individual one. There were few restaurant options around the resort.

if you stay here you gotta understand that it’s an old resort rather outdated and a little hijacked by the surrounding nature. it’s got a lot of humidity so with the rooms being closed for a long time, there’s a really strong smell inside them. kind of mouldy and not very adequate for those suffering from bronchitis, asthma or allergies. The hotel breakfast was quite minimal and the least nice in Thailand so far but no biggie.

it’s in the middle of nature and it’s got a cool temple up the mountain nearby where you can hike up to or take a taxi. we felt we were the only guests around, and really appreciated the peace and quiet here. we were passing by and staying here for one night only so it was OK but I reckon I’d struggle a little if I were staying any longer. the receptionist was super lovely and helpful.

Noisy, mouldy aircon and a dirty pool. Everywhere is a bit tired and in need of some attention. Was in a room by the service entrance and neighbour's building site.

Large, comfortable room. Very lush and beautiful gardens. Helpful staff. Location in lovely countryside but still close to Chiang Mai city.

Need some fresh paint. The air in the room was very moist. You can see it's a beautiful resort but it was a bit deserted. Maybe it was because of the low season.

The bathroom section, the water can run through the toilet section so it is wet all over the toilet. But the shower has a strong flow of water and that is great. Wish the lobby always have a staff to standby cos when I come nobody is there and no number to call so it is quiet scary. I also phoned a couple of times before coming to the resort to ask about spa but no one answered so I know the phone is not working.

Room is very big and clean. It is about twice the size of normal room. The bedding is very comfortable. The cabin is among the trees with nice atmosphere; also even having a tree in a room. So it is very good value for money. Much better than staying at hostel downtown at the same price.
