The smell from the bathroom was a bit disturbing, but maybe it got fixed by now.

The staff was super friendly and helpful (picked me up on the road when my bike got a flat tire), the surroundings very green and well taken care of and the breakfast probably the best I had in Thailand. Also they have offer some bikes (albeit quite old, but still ok to visit the temples) for free and the location is very convenient.

Perfect location, near the ruins of Sukhothai. It is extremely convenient to be able to take the bicycles of the hotel. The personal were just the nicest!

I absolutely loved this place, beautiful people and amazing place. You can tell there is a good architect /designer behind this hostel and the staff is extremely friendly and kind. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Sukhothai.

The best hotel I stayed in Asia. Helpful and friendly staf. Confortable room, i had the best sleep. Beautiful garden. I like watching the stars in the evening. It is quiet and relax.

The Wifi was weak in certain areas of the hotel. Specially in the room where I stayed. I just used the wifi in the common rooms or closer to the lobby so I did not have an issue with this but if the hotel could fix this it would be great for future guests.

This is a great hotel. All the staff is really friendly and always happy to help. They allowed me to store my luggage after my checkout and use some of the facilities. The breakfast was great, it was very vast and there were a lot of choices to eat.The facilities are also great. It is very comfy to stay there. Being able to use the bikes in the hotel was very useful and I really enjoyed my stay.

The ‘dorm’ is above the kitchen and restaurant so early waking for light sleepers. The group staying my second night were noisy and got water everywhere in the shared toilets, none of which was hotel’s fault.

Good price, helpful staff, good WiFi, good bed, great buffet breakfast, early breakfast. There’s a nice pool. The grounds and decor are tasteful, short walk to restaurant, not much longer to historical park. Free bikes available.

This place is a real gem ! It is the best hotel I've seen in Thailand regarding the price. It is a beautiful and peaceful place. Everything looks traditional and renovated at the same time. It is more a hotel than a hostel or a dorm. The bedroom is nice. The bathroom is not inside the bedroom but it is ok, it is a private bathroom anyway. The bathroom is really large. There is a huge choice for the breakfast (fruits, traditional food, Western food, etc). There is also a swimming pool. They give you a bike to go to see the temples. And the staff is so kind and smiling ! That's why I booked an extra night.

There were lot of mosquitoes and I don't think they clean the bathroom spaces everyday (very important when its shared spaces)

The breakfast spread was good and the staff is extremely attentive and sweet. The location is perfect if you want to explore historical site and absolutely safe for solo women travelers. The resort also offers free bicycles!

It's really run down. I was in the 'dorm' which was a double. The room had alot dust and the corridor was dusty too. The bathroom was grim (shared) :-( I didn't have toilet paper for 2 days and the drain in the shower didn't work so dirty stuff kept coming back up it. The lock on the bedroom door didn't feel safe. The pool wasn't clean, so didn't use it. The noise from the staff was super loud starting at 6am. Overall it's run down. Would be lovely if they improved it. It was quite expensive too. Friends staying in a lovely hotel a couple of minutes away which was very clean and had a nice pool for the same price.

Had a lovely staff at this hotel. Hotel looks great. Had a room with a shared bathroom which was great. Room was nice, clean with good working AC. Shower pressure was great. Location of the hotel was good, they have free bicycles of which some new. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet okay. Swimming pool is a blast. Free water to drink. Would recommend and stay again.
