We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

ThailandThe room on the water are terrible. Extreamly outdated. Nothing really works correctly being the tv, the a/c, and the mini refrigerator. The beds should be set on fire cause you do not know what has been in them. The doors allow not only drafts, which don't help the awful air conditioning, but also allow insects & bugs in. The main hotel rooms were ok, but over priced, outdated, and need not only the beds to be replaced, but also the support frames. And the plumbing, specifically the toilet...good luck getting it to flush without over-flowing. Sorry, but never again.
The location and river view of the property was ok. The pool looked ok. The breakfast was just ok. The staff were nice. BUT....

GermanyWifi was slow in the bungalow. But ok in the other places. Since the hotel is a bit out of town, transportation can become difficult, when you have no car. Some drivers don’t even know the hotel, others may have problems with the pronunciation and take you somewhere else. Bicycles for rent would be nice.
The Raft Bungalow on the river is spacious and clean. The pool is nice, clean and big enough. The whole resort hotel is in a beautiful location and well maintained.

Thailandrun down, unclean, party going on somewhere further down the river each night means that you won’t get any sleep. our 3rd night, we checked out at 10pm and drove back to Bangkok as we were sick of not sleeping. we were travelling with a 3 year old.
