We really appreciated lounge access for breakfast and snacks. The food and beverage were top quality with a variety. The room was impeccable and all the facilities were excellent. The staffs speak English fluently and they are very friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate to come back to here!

Some minor points: TV had usual channels, no Netflix. When the oool was busy, not enough chairs for hotel guests to access during the busy times. Lifts occasionally took time to access. Lack of air conditioning Difficult to work out the lighting and switches. We had problems knowing which switch to press to get the lighting we wanted. Pastry items in the bakery are standard Asian quality, very hard to find Eurpoean or western style muffins. There could be more cutlery available at each food station.

Very new hotel, fresh with an ideal location to Siam, shopping at MBK and the bars around Silom. Short distance to the airport skytrain too. The staff were fabulous and so friendly, always greeting you with a smile. Rooms were well appointed, very clean and quiet. Housekeeping was attentive and prompt. We had executive lounge acccess and it delivered the great service and range of food and cocktails one would expect from a five star hotel. The gym was bigger and more equipped than I expected, and there are two pools to choose to use. The food at the restaurant was great overall with a huge selection of Western and Asian breakfast selections. Manager Thida greeted us every morning and made sure all the guests were enjoying their breakfast Fantastic service...hard to fault here. Overall a wonderful stay at Eastin Grand Phaya Thai.

I was surprised that the breakfast was not included. This was not clear to me when I booked and differently communicated than usual. It was originally not clear to us how to get to the upper pool because one have to change elevators. Would be nice to provide some info on this in the room. The food stall was very empty when we have been there and therefore the atmosphere was a bit strange.

The upper pool was perfect for morning swims while the lower one was ideal for chilling in the sun while having some nice drinks and food. The break was outstanding- you even get a map as they offer such a big variety of food. Perfectly located as you are just at the train station so it is easy and convenient to go to the weekend market, nearby shopping malls or the airport.

This hotel totally deserves its high ratings. The lounge access is a must when booking, so much so that we didn't eat dinner out in Bangkok because we were so full. The rooms were beautiful. The staff very friendly. The pools both really beautiful and different. The location is perfect as you can get there from the airport very quick and cheap on the BTS. Which also means you can get around Bangkok on the BTS as well. The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I have been to in my life. So much choice and such high quality.

It's a multifunctional building including shops and offices, which means it can get a bit busy at the lifts but not a major issue.

There‘s nothing not to like!

There is nothing not to like: Hotel is modern, clean & very confortable. Location is central, by the BTS Phayathai (2 stations away from Siam) & the transfer express train to the Airport. Sight from the rooms & pools are breathtaking. The room has all amenities, confortable Bed, enough room for Luggage & good pressure on the water. The food is excellent as well as the drinks, there is also a food court with cafés/smoothie bars, supermarket & diverse restaurants. The pool is very convenient, offers nice sunset views over the city & is even very nice for kids (they can stand in certain places of the pool). The staff is great, always smiling & are always ready to help… I would say it‘s the best hotel i‘ve stayed at!!

Great hotel. Clean, comfortable and friendly helpful staff. Conveniently located right by the metro to the airport (BKK). Quiet, you can't hear any city noise or the metro. The pools were great, clean with fantastic views over the city. We had a very nice cocktail at the roof to bar during happy hour to kick start our holiday. I would highly recommend it. We pre-booked a transfer to DMK airport through Get my Guide and it failed to arrive in time ( the traffic is horrendous) The concierge offered to get us a local cab. ( Which worked out a fraction of the cost) .
