Great pool for the children- a mix of shallow and deep sections which were great for the toddlers and the older ones. Rooms were comfortable. Adjoining rooms worked perfectly for the family. Staff were really friendly and helped us with anything we needed. Beachfront location was perfect.

We booked a room with the pool view. But what we got was not really pool view. We could see the back of the pool and could only see the wastewater from the pool.

Very nice location. Close to a small community which has several hotels, some restaurants, supermarkets, small bars. So you have options on lunch and dinner. You could get the minibus to the city if needed. The beach and water were fantastic, clean and calm. The hotel has several pools but if you are not in the pool access rooms, you can only access the main pool which is close to the beach.

we felt the room is not really clean, also our room was cleaned just one time in 4 nights we’ve been there. most of the stuff wasn’t so kind and welcoming.

we took the room with the pool access, it was really nice because we found some shade there unlike the main pool. the breakfast was really nice and the main pool is really nice.

Although marked as a 5 star Hotel, I would prob categorise this as 4 stars. The pool areas and breakfast needs an Update to get it up to other 5 star Hotels in southern Thailand. Still good value, just dont expect top 5 star.

Nice spacious rooms. Great with connecting rooms when you are traveling as a family. Beach and sunset absolutely amazing and nearby (cheap) thai restaurants on the Beach quite ok. Location great -easy to go on day trips. Tip try a longtail boat to snorkling around Khao Na Yak and the amazing Beach there! (Most seem to go to Similan Islands for snorkling, but Khao Na Yak is also great).

There was an incredible amount of stairs as it is set on a hill. Normally, this would not be a problem, but my husband had just had knee replacement surgery, so struggled with all the steps. If you had an disability or were overweight, you would find it hard as there is only one slope, which is very steep at the side of the hotel. Also, we didn't like the wooden stutter doors into the bathroom as it doesn't give you any privacy.

The whole look of the hotel was lovely. Beautiful garden areas and plenty of sunbeds. We loved that the hotel policy was that people could not save sunbeds🙂. They would remove people's bags and towels if they saw them place their stuff down and then go to breakfast. We thought this was great as certain European citizens are known for this🤣. The beds were amazingly comfortable and very large. The staff on the whole were so lovely and helpful, especially when dealing with my gluten free options in the restaurant.

    Nothing to complain about!

Extraordinary resort with direct connection to a beautiful beach. Luxurious rooms with clever integrated bath area! Incredible good food for breakfast as well as in the restaurants. We extended our stay for another four nights before we even have slept over once as it was so overwhelming pretty.

Having travelled the Philippines for 4 months these prices are insane compared to other comparable places. Coco Grove at Siquhor equal if not better £50/night.

The resort is located next to a beach strip that belonged only to the hotel. Adjacent to the beach there are beds that you can tell about for particularly pampering massage treatments with a team of highly professional workers. The dining room is magical and relaxing and the food is delicious and very clean

there could be more made of the area near to the beach in the evenings by Eden Beach and other hotels, not much going on at night.. I.e somewhere to have late night drinks near the beach with a bit of something lively going on, I would say it being super quiet on an evening isn’t a negative it’s just something we might have liked.

it was by far the best along that particular beach and in the village area. gorgeous boho chic hotel, lovely features, blended lovely into the environment so it didn’t feel artificial. lovely authentic but high end feel, gorgeous pool, lovely restaurants, classy and quiet. the beds were super comfy, rooms lovely and clean and smart. The staff were amazing, super friendly but very professional and anything wasn’t too much trouble. We even lost something special that a team member made it their mission to find, which they did.

The beach chairs on the beach or by the pool are "reserved" quickly, although it's actually not allowed. But the hotel doesn't do anything about it. When someone walks on the floor, you can them very loud, but you dont hear them in the rooms next to you.

Nice resort, big area and big main pool. Breakfast is good. Rooms are comfortable, with a bit of an "older style". Which I didnt like that much, but nothing to complain. Bed is comfortable. Staff at reception and entry is nice and helpful. Outside of the hotel there are two main streets where you get everything you need: Restaurants, supermarkets, tours, massage, taxi, laundry. Its very quite as on this location there are only some resorts close to each other. You have to get 15 min by car to the main centre of Khao Lak. There is a free bus transfer each day from the hotel. The beach around is nice and quite. Not too crowded. Many German speaking hotel guests.

Despite the hotel's advice to refrain from booking the beach loungers early (e.g. before breakfast), this practice (a whim of the hotel guests) is tolerated. The possibilities to go to restaurants outside the hotel on foot (especially for dinner) are limited.

    - Excellent breakfast with sensational local cuisine (at least 3 different hot dishes + soup station) as well as continental options, great fruit buffet with fresh fruit - quiet beach location

The breakfast restaurant is way to small for the number of guests. Something needs to be done fast. We had to wait in the morning to be seated as all the tables were occupied. (10-15 min, standing, with 2 small children, at 8 am). The space around the buffet is too small, it is chaotic to serve breakfast there. Big no no. The number of sunbeds is too small. you cannot find an empty sunbed at 8.00 am (they were all reseved with towels…)

The location is just perfect. Lots of local beach taverns nearby, the jungle like feeling when you enter the resort, the main restaurant is very good. The bed is super confortable.

Rooms were good, but the interior decoration a bit scarce. A few more cushions, furniture, bits and pieces would make everything look a lot nicer
