Good location. 10 minutess walk from railway station. The room was spotlessly clean, and the breakfast included was good. Surprisingly, being so central , it was quiet at night apart from a few barking dogs.

This hotel felt like it was too expensive for what it was offering. The rooms were very basic and there were no real common areas in which to sit.

The property is located in a quiet area away from the hustle and bustle of the rest of the city.

Rooster made noise very early in the morning which was continued by some pet birds and dogs. Very hard to sleep if you're given a room that views Hop Inn (another hotel located not too far away) - be careful and request for the other side. My sleep was badly interrupted and I found it very hard to concentrate on my drive back.

Nice boutique hotel in a little hidden corner from the main road but within minutes to all amenities. Has ample parking; Good English speaking front office; Nice large rooms with teak furniture; Has lift;

A little bit pricey for the size of room.

Location is so good, huge night food market just outside. Many shops for clothes/ groceries too. The balcony was very nice, the room is clean and the water pressure is very good. There are many minivan services in the area also! Staff are friendly and held our luggage.

The bathroom stank so badly we couldn't use it without holding our breathe. But after we ran the water for 10 minutes this improved. Clearly the vapor lock in the drain was dry, thus allowing ammonia vapor from the stack to enter the room. Check the bathroom before you accept the room. Rooms at the rear overlook an open space, have a nicer view and are quieter than the ones at the front. (This probably won't last as this central location is ripe for development).

Good location, good parking, excellent breakfast, polite staff. Nice big refrigerator. Good value for money.

Clean rooms, quite air-condition, rich breakfast buffet with vegetarian options, fast and reliable WiFi. Friendly staff helped booking transport to the ferry port.

little alleyway to drive into hotel missed it twice but it's sign posted next to flower stall directly opposite the big 1 shop.

only stayed for a short while has some food on the street outside @ 8.30pm Park with spring greens and rice 40 baht!! Breakfast upstairs on the 6th floor for 100 baht. Tv is all in thai but np.

Not their fault but there was a dog in the back barking throughout the night.

Didn’t expect this place to be so nice after looking at some reviews but it was the perfect place to stay for a couple nights, didn’t cost a load and got a very nice room with a balcolny

There's only 1 chair on the small balcony, & if you sit out there the aircon unit is hot & noisy. But that's not a big issue, turn the aircon off!

The hotel was close to the train station, and confidential to get the ferry to Koh Tao. The hotel itself is basic, & clean. It also has a lift which was much appreciated as we have heavy bags. Its centrally placed in Chumphon, with plenty of shops bars & restaurants around it. We were pleasantly surprised by Chumphon, so stayed for an extra night.
