The villa was very nice and the location quiet. Easy to rent a motorbike and get around. The staff were very nice, and went above and beyond. Any issues were resolved quickly. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Mouldy smell in the bathroom.

The exotic boutique hotel is a recommendation for all, who do not need a direct beach access and mass tourism. New well equipped villas (incl. small kitchen) with a nice maintained private pool. 2x very good restaurants and a scooter rental in walking distance. If needed, there’s a Muay Thai center close by, for those who need a special challenge during holiday. About 5-15min to Coco beach, Khaolak city and night market by scooter. The team supports you for airport shuttle service and day trips.

The bathroom and shower were huge, unfortunately the shower wasn’t very powerful. It was a real shame.

Nice interior of bungalow, lots of thought and effort put in. Seclusion and privacy was fantastic. Lovely size private pool and larger general access pool. Well cared for and maintained.

We got upgraded into one of the villas with private pool and it was really amazing. Spacious and well designed luxury stay. Staff and owner were super friendly and the whole complex is well maintained! Highly recommended. Tiks restaurant is 5 min walking away super tasty and has cheap new scooters to rent!

Nothing, everything was perfect.

Calm, quiet and beautiful location. The hotel is new and you can appreciate the details and the rooms are all new. Jo, is a very smiley and reliable person, always available via WhatsApp for every kind of query. I booked 2 different reservations in the same week. The second booking was supposed to be in another room, but Jo let me stay in the same beautiful room with a private pool included, and for the same price. On the last day I had to check out very early in the morning (due to an island tour I booked earlier), so I left all my luggage inside the room, and Jo informed the staff to move my stuff in the reception. I came back to take them at 6pm, so kind and quick reply. Highly recommended.

You need your own transport as it is a bit out of the way (not on beach). No food and beverage facilities, although there's a good local restaurant just three minutes from hotel.

Beautiful individual villa with comfortable, clean and spacious sitting room, bedroom and bathroom. Small terrace to sit out in. Exceeded expectations. Very well maintained with tasteful furnishing, well thought-out layout and super quiet surroundings. An oasis.

A gem in Khao Lak. The owner is great and helpful. The rooms, suites and appartments are great and a well being oasis. We loved the area where the hotel is located. Quiet Thai neighborhood with great restaurants, mini mart, laundry and all you need. One of the most peaceful beaches of the area is about an eight minute ride by scooter!

Nothing. I guess if you want beach front it isn't for you, but it has everything else and you can get a taxi or hire a moped in the village.

This is a great little complex with a handful of rooms set in beautiful jungle style gardens. Most have jacuzzi or their own swimming pool and they have comfortable beds and huge walk in showers. All very clean. In a quiet and peaceful location, the owners are also very welcoming. We stayed for 2 nights but would have been very happy to stay longer. We ate both nights at Tiki restaurant (less than 10 mins walk away). It is very much part of the experience and had some of the best food we ate on the trip. The owner will also fix your next trip for you, taxis etc. We were also lucky enough to see some Thai boxing at the village club which was a great experience. A lovely village.

This is our second stay in 3 months time. Jake welcome us as usual and we had a better room with modern bathroom! We enjoyed the garden and swimming pool. I always fall into the rubber estate road to this exotic bungulows.

Wonderful place to be in Khaolak apart from the mass tourism in the center. Perfectly fine for anybody who like to have a rest in silence. All beaches, sights,... could be reached by scooter in short times (scooter rental is very well organized by the nearby boxing studio).

Location is beneficial to have a scooter. With one, it is really nice being set back in a quiet oasis.

We loved the privacy of the property, it is well maintained and Joe and his staff are very friendly. We stayed in several different suites and appreciated the uniqueness of all of them. You can notice the attention to detail and thought put into the design. Very clean, we loved the outdoor pools and Jacuzzi suites.

We absolutely loved our stay at exotic boutique hotel. We loved the location, away from the hustle and bustle which is still easily accessible by scooter or car, including the beach. The rooms are stunningly decorated with a 5 star feel. The pool is beautiful and so clean. The owner is so friendly and kind and will go above and beyond to ensure your stay is memorable no matter how long you are there for, as are the staff that work there. He even let us have late checkout free of charge which helped us massively. The owner is super knowledgeable about all khao lak has to offer so we'd advise booking tours and things through him. Lastly, the hotel is a 5 min walk away to the best restaurant ever, he will let you know the one!

The accommodation was spotlessly clean, very spacious and ideally located in a quiet area, but close enough to the attractions of the area. All the staff and owner gave us a warm, friendly greeting. An excellent stay and we will definitely be back.

True to the photos - this is an excellent villa beautifully decorated inside and out and is a piece of heaven on earth. I get to do two reviews because I extended my stay through the same method. nearby there are a couple of places where you can eat and hire a motorbike or get taxis. if you’re staying for longer, get a scooter or a car to get to the beach or to the shops. there are some lovely waterfalls and restaurants and plenty of places for massage.
