Very nice apartment!!! Staffs-Helpful. Staff and online service staff took care us all the time. Facilities-Pools and gyms free. Room-Clean and comfortable. Location-Near the big market to buy every food to cook. Also 7-11, pharmacy around here. Restaurants at Soi 6. 5mins walk to beach. We likes it very much.

Good sized Condo with everything you could need and a very comfortable bed. There is many options close by for food shopping from Seven eleven to the huge Makro store which has absolutely everything. It’s only a 5 min ride into Hua Hin’s central malls, markets and close to the airport and main bus terminal which is very convenient.

Room was quiet and clean. Kitchenen with full equipment for cooking. The service had been amazing. Staff were very nice. The pool side was very nice for my sunbath, clean and very comfortable to relax. I had everything I needed very close by. I highly recommend for travellers, couple and families. I will definitely be back the next time I am in Hua Hin!

The contact through Whatsapp was excellent and the step to get the key or to the apartment were quite easy. The host was very helpful and the foto's with instructions were very clear. Also the 7 eleven is was 5 min away with ATM machines as well. And the same distance to the beach as well. Please keep in mind that it depandce on season and time when the high tide is and therefore not always is the beach near by the condo easly accessible. The staff was very helpful to arragen the taxi from Bangkok to the location and back as well.

Highly recommended!!! We booked two rooms extend our stayed. Rooms were as shown in the pictures. The balcony was very large with a dining table and chairs, half of Hua Hin's city view, sea view and mountain view. Because the sky was very blue and the scenery was great, so it was very enjoyable to stay on the balcony. The rooms were clean, comfortable, big and nice, with a fully equipped kitchen for cooking. The beds were soft, and the sheets were clean. The signal of the Internet was very good speed, and the air conditioner was independent and cold. The swimming pool was very large and beautiful, as well as a children's pool, a water park, a children's play area, and a jacuzzi. Two gyms available and well equipped. The staffs were super friendly and the service was very good. I got message from contact APP after I book the room, got great service after I texting. We took 5 minute walked to the beach where there is a seaside restaurant. The location of the apartment was excellent, We took bus from Bkk just stopped here. Supermarket is at downstairs, and there is 7-11 opposite. There are food stalls, pharmacy, coffee shops, karaoke, restaurants around here... We liked our staying so much and will definitely come again ^^

The initial apartment was sparse, had faults (including a tap without a sink, no power sockets at the worktop), did not ressemble any of the photos shown in the booking listing. In addition, the view from the balcony looked over two dirty (apparently privately owned) balconies with nesting pigeons. To this day we've no idea what 'Ji Ya' is as this is not the name of the condo. According to the sign in the lift this was an illegal short stay and also according to the owner across the corridor whom I approached due to the smell of his cooking from his open front door. He explained that tourists were unwelcome, that short term lets had lowered the value of property within the condo. There was no English spoken in the site office. Staff seemed most reluctant to do anything other than hand over keys and deal with basic structural issues. The lettings contact was not present, all contact was by whatsapp. The 2nd apartment we were given was as per the booking photos yet the lettings agent said that this was not theirs but one made available by another private owner. It was ok but overall we were not convinced. It is relatively far from the city, the pool bar was empty (used as a storage room) there are no facilities nearby besides a couple of small convenience stores, the closest coast is basically a ramp, not a beach. In short we would not recommend this to our friends. Sorry I cannot be the bringer of good news on this occasion.

It was under 2kms from the bus station. That said, the station controls the transfers into the city, ie 100 baht per person for a journey costing 15baht using the green taxis . We were unable to use 'Grab' for the few minutes transfer which is in fact walkable. This is no reflection on the condo, but just be aware.
