Everything was perfect, there was some soap missing from the washroom and the housekeeping staff was quick to replace hand soap. Only slight compromise was the view from the living room during the day which you could see some construction ongoing. Did not bother us at all though.

First of all, the room was HUGE 😍. Beds were super comfy. View from one of the bedrooms was overlooking the garden in the building compound! Very nice. Quality of fittings in the room was excellent! The Hotel is new and room is equipped with 3 smart tvs, washing machine and they had a Bluetooth speaker in the room. The staff was super friendly, Hotel had a shuttle to drop you off to the main roads. Room service was really great! Pool and gym was very nice.

When you have neighbors above you and they walk is so noisy and neighbors beside you, you can hear them very loud maybe because the quality of the building 😂 input from me, if the guest already complaint more then 2 times better the staff come directly to the other guest room than call because it’s mean they don’t care about your warning 😀

My only disappointment was that I only booked for one night as a stop over, had I known I would have stopped longer, also whilst the balcony was large it would have been nice to have a table and chairs to use.

Floral Court Hotel was brilliant, it would have to be one of the best hotels I have stayed in, right from the minute I walked in the staff were very friendly, the room was modern, spacious and very clean, I have stayed in various hotels in Sukhumvit before, but this will be my choice from now on, Congratulations to all who are involved with the running of this hotel, a lot of others could learn so much from you.

The balconies don’t have a view, and they were not designed when we arrived (no furniture on the balcony, it will probably be added but we arrived in the soft opening of the hotel)

The property is newly refurbished, very clean, with a big and beautiful swimming pool, kids playground and lots of greenery. The rooms are big, elegantly designed and all the details are very well thought.

The sound of the door closing in the neighboring rooms is loud and annoying, and there are also other annoying sounds when the room cleaning service staff comes, they are heard loudly.

Quite satisfied with our stay. The Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is very near the transformation stations ( BTS & Metro ). Walking distance to a big mall. Lots of Massage & Spa, restaurants/ bars & small stores (7Eleven).

The noise from the city, but this was expected. Windows didn't seem to be of high quality to block out the noise but again, staying in the city was never going to be completely silent.

Breakfast Menu was confusing, but the staff were flexible enough to make amendments. Food was of great quality and the coffee was amazing!

❌Although it was a full kitchen, with stove, oven and pots and pans, there are no cooking utensils. No spatula or tongs…. Nothing. We decided to cook food for the kids one morning and after having bought all of the things, we couldn’t see any utensils 😭. Called front desk and they said they don’t supply that. So we had to run down the street and buy some. ❌Further to this, they don’t supply any dishwashing liquid or sponges either. So after you’ve eaten, you got nothing to wash up with. We had to buy those things later too. ❌Also with the washing machine, they don’t supply detergent either. Which was one of the main reasons for booking this room so we could wash all our clothes as needed. ❌I think these things need to be communicated to the guest BEFORE they arrive so they can make arrangements and not be caught in sticky situations. They do provide cutlery though. They did only just open less than a month ago when we stayed so I appreciate that there’s so many things to learn and grow on. These wouldn’t stop me from booking here again though. I just think better communication would’ve helped set reasonable expectations.

✅We got the 2 bedroom apartment with kitchen and washer. There was an ensuite and another separate bathroom. The lounge area and dining areas were so big! ✅Located on Soi 13, it is 1 street away from the full blown hustle and bustle of soi 11. So nice and close if you wanted to access it but far enough that we don’t get the drunks and loud noises. ✅Only a 10 min walk from terminal 21 and maybe a 15/20 min walk to the newly opened Emsphere shopping mall. ✅There’s a pool and gym onsite too ✅Staff are super super friendly! They are warm and helpful and always greet you when you arrive/ leave.

Our balcony was enclosed with a metal bar type fence with no view or direct sunlight due to the fire escape, this felt very enclosed. but this didnt cause a real problem as we where out about during our stay anyway.

We stayed in a 1 bedroom suit for 2 nights on the last leg of our stay and the hotel was emaculate, the bed was one of the comfiest beds i have ever slept in. The staff where increadible and helpful aways with a smile, it was very safe and secure. I would highly recommend this hotel,
