Unfortunately the number of Russians (& PRC to a lesser extent) impacted our holiday experience negatively. They were so incredibly rude to the staff, and to other tourists. We had one instance on the pool deck with a young Russian woman literally yelling and screaming at another Russian over rights to a daybed. This went on for 10-15 minutes. Every other guest was of course impacted. I witnessed so many other occurrences where the staff were left visibly shaken by other instances of abuse. Even for other tourists, it very much impacts the ‘holiday experience’. Whilst I love Phuket, sadly I don’t think we’ll be back to this area of the island due to the incredible presence of rude and arrogant Russians.

The staff were amazing, the breakfast was the best I’ve ever experienced. The pool etiquette policy on the deck is brilliant and fully adhered to by staff. Food and drink pricing was reasonable for a hotel resort. Room cleanliness and housekeeping service was faultless.

We stayed 2 nights and we loved it. Location is great, it's end of Patong beach so you get away from the loud and crowded areas, at the same time just cross the road to get to the beach. We tried both pools and enjoyed both, the pool close to the road had more of a party vibe to it and the other pool was more quite and relaxed, added bonus was the poolbar! Food by the pools was reallty great! Gym was perfect for vacation! Breakfast was fantastic, there was a lot of choices but the quality was still very high on everything.

Check-in process took an incredibly long time - definitely quite some space for improvement. This is not exactly a hotel where you can expect to relax as the pool area is lacking in comfort and peace.

Very comfortable beds, friendly staff and amazing breakfast with a wide range of options. It is overall a great option to base yourself in for a few days while exploring Patong or taking day tours in/around Phuket.

Beach Front Pool is open for Public which is a disaster. People from outside can come and stay at the Beach Front Pool and they are using for free Towels and Sunbeds and on top of that they are smoking at the entire Pool area and we as in House Guest didn't have any Sunbed available. Definitely not come back as long as they do not change it!

Check in and Check out was fast and efficient. Staff are very friendly and the bed was comfortable. Room size was okay but the view just to another Building.

The room size and location Room is very small and far away from lobby I tried to upgrade the room several times but no luck.

The sound-insulation of rooms is not good, and sometimes we are troubled by the sound from the next door.

A good stay, it is near the Patong beach,location is nice, staff were very kind and active, facilities are also good.

The only thing I had an issue with was the pavers on the pool exit. Very slippery, I had a bad fall from slipping coming out of the pool. Also, I feel the family rooms could be better configured. The kids' room has a lot of potential to have bunk beds rather than one novelty bed.

The staff were amazing. Ice, Mary & Thud at the pool bar always made us feel welcome & always friendly. The pools were always clean. Breakfast buffet always had a lot of options & fresh.

Close to the beach, the breakfast excellent but they need to add arab food to the list. The room very small and the price very expensive .

The common areas were very warm. The property doesn't seem to get a breeze through the open lobby. Also the breakfast area is quite warm inside and outside.

Although the hotel is located on Patong beach it is much quieter than the main area. It is within walking distance to the busy areas. The staff were attentive and pleasant. Rooms were well apponted and comfortable. I would return to this hotel if I am in Patong Beach.

The room door is not insulated well so you can hear people walking and talking outside.

Great location not far from the town centre but at the same time quieter area. The beach just across the road. Nice swimming pool bar and plenty of space around. Even when the hotel is full it is still possible to find quiet place. Clean hotel with good quality cocktails. The staff super friendly and helpful especially the cleaners and waiters.
